I don't think that's true. I am also in that group. I think the next stage of the recruitment is invitation for interview. Why would they waste their time sending confirmation of one progressing to the next stage instead of them just sending an invitation for interview?

Dragnet just sent me an email with the cutoff mark for each subject. Only those who meet up with the cutoff will be called for interview according to the mail

And also, those who applied and wrote for Physics, if you can, please give us the performance level for people in ur centre. Here in Delsu, the highest in physics was 39.

Please who has any idea when they will start calling for interview?

Since the exam is over 80 the cut off mark is suppose to be 40 but due to the poor performance recorded, I think the cut off mark will be reduced. I scored 39 and I applied to teach physics. I am just praying for God's grace here.
