3bedroom flat to let @ aguda all ensuite 2t/2bt,350k 2years rent, can it go for 1 year

Hello peeps, I need a decent 2/3 bedroom flat around surulere, onipanu, palmgroove, yaba, and jibowu axis. It must have 2toilets and 2 bathrooms, fenced with parking space, water, neat, in short, presentable. My budget is between 300k and 350K for a year rent. Strictly one year rent. please, do not respond to my post if what u have is not within my request, I dont want street agents who will b demanding for registration fees, I want real agents who are professionals. I attend redeem and to say the truth, being a worker or not has nothing to do with you getting married in the church, all she needs is to be identified as a member of the church and also attend counsellin classes. She should talk to any of the active elders in the church, they will put her through. She can however use her parent's church

I believe a problem identified is a problem half solved, since you've identified it, just open ur mind to make changes, u dont need do anything rational. You can start from your church or mosque, whichever you attend, greet people, ur colleague at work, relate with them, you can even visit them in their houses, the truth is, many people are lonely in this world, most only pretend, mix up with the right calibre of people and u will see how easy it is to make so many friends especially when people see u are successful

Salaries are not paid in advance, u are paid after the month, but house rent is paid even before u start using it, or some, u may not even end up using the total number of years u actually paid for, let's call a spade a spade, what is not good is never good

av u even noticed that, some agents, when they accept a year payment, they still base their commission and agreement on two years payment, just like the owner of bestabode.tk does, my friend called him for a particular apartment that will go for #200K per annum, on dia website, it displayed 1 year option, but alas, the guy told my friend, he will pay #110K extra
