As per the dollar hegemony part, I think the Chinese have started work on that. The first phase might be the currency swap deal with Nigeria, in which you don't need to have dollars before trading with them, just swap your currency with their Chinese Yuan

Only work for mtn and glo only. And i dont think it works on browsers. It doesn't connect for long it makes connection fluctuate
