Mheen! Breadwinners turned breadlosers. I hope they saved enough to retain their breadwinner posts. May God strengthen them and turn things around for them at this time.

Technology brought about "pictures taken to be posted to social media first mentality" and took the empathy in us for safety and security of humans life most especially in a country like Nigeria where we have no Regards for humans life. It's not bad as this before. We hope to get it right again.

Amanee:
A laundry business is not viable in the economic reality of today. How many people are washing their clothes when they've lost their jobs?

You need to go back to the drawing board and get a better business idea

Don't discourage him. It's still very viable. People lost their jobs in your locality doesn't mean people lost their jobs in his locality. Stop listening to too much of bad news. People are still doing business and laundry business is still going on fine. Incase, you don't know, come what may, people will never cease to look good and dry cleaners are one of those people that enhances them looking good with their well washed, starched and ironed clothes.

Lol. Why won't he have the gut to walk out when he had watched videos of lots of them walking out on each other.

Could remember years back a street friend wanted to rent an apartment, agent already told him, everything for the apartment was 300k. He spoke to the agent about reducing it to 250k. Him and agent later agreed on meeting the landlord. On the day of meeting the landlord, i followed him. While he was discussing with the landlord and the landlord was about agreeing, another agent brought two guys, the landlord excused us to attend to the agent. In our presence, the agent called the apartment total package 550k to the guys and the guys just said no problem. They have been told already. They just love somethings about the house. It's later we got to know, the security of the house, how coded it's and had mixture of ancient and modern look that you won't ever imagine that yahoo boys could ever be living in such house. That's the genesis of increment of house rents in that area. Tenants that were there suffered for it as landlords began outrageous increase in house rent and most tenants had to pack out.
