Nigeria Beware - Do Not Use Spaceship for Hosting Our Company, Kenneth Price Nigeria, purchased a hosting package from Spaceship a few months ago. Unfortunately, we experienced numerous issues with their platform and raised repeated complaints. When we took the matter to social media (X platform) to get the attention of management, our account was shockingly suspended under the claim of "fraud"—without any prior notification. Adding insult to injury, we received four emails simultaneously, which appeared to be an attempt to retroactively justify their actions. This raises serious concerns about their professionalism and customer service. Instead of addressing valid customer concerns, Spaceship seems more focused on fabricating fake reviews to cover their shortcomings. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Spaceship for hosting services. We demand an immediate apology from Spaceship for unjustly suspending our account and failing to resolve our issues.
