Let me make this simple and precise, in as much must ppl here catch cruise with something that's bothering n causing some sleepless nights I will like to state two possible causes.
1. Pregnancy
U myt be pregnant and pt won't sense it early but for a pregnant dis old it should be easily be confirmed by pt strip.
2. Hormonal imbalance
It's something that causes fluctuations n irregularities, infection is also a possible cause, but if all tests confirms u negative den go to a pharmacy and get menstrogen it will influence the hormones responsible n trigger the continuation of ur menstrual flow and cycle.
Fear not and it's not necessary d unprotected sex it myt b a coincidence.

It's high time we think and reason with our brains and not allow pains, anger and hatred for each other cloud our judgements, when will we realize that the only people who benefits from insecurities are our leaders and those in high ranked positions with zero effect on them and their families, they force us to raise arms on ourselves while dey seat and loot from the federal treasury, elections are around the corner they come up with different forms of diversion to desuade people from voting the right candidates even though what we have is selection and not election.
It's high time we ask ourselves who we have insecurities overshadowing every state and yet in every budget security is allocated the highest, we ate been played, fooled and tossed around responding just as they predicted, I could remember vividly the first bombings and coordinated attacks on our security forces was the moment the whole Nigerians united in one voice shunning tribal and religious differences and telling the government NO on the issue of fuel during the then president Gudluck and with the bombings a diversion was created after the government realize the strong force of unity.
We need to get it straight and right, pointing accusing fingers on each other won't save the situations, the situations is not tribe selected, innocent people are dying on daily basis in every corner, northeast, west n eastern Nigeria just seems to take the highest toll.
