your budget ? |
Everybody you tell including myself will advice you to take the new job but the most important thing you need do at this junction is to hand it over to God for guidance or seek spiritual counselling if need be. Don't hold anything back about your present job when seeking counselling because am very sure the reality you share here on your present job is just 70percent. so take proper steps and may God help you to make right decision. |
if NL ban people for airing their opinion or criticizing their Govt then I will beginning to have another thought about NL. I mean here should be one of the reliable platform for one to shout out their pains and aggression. Don't be surprised some these govt official could be visiting this place once in a while to seek for people's criticism. Dear NL this supposed to be one your primary purpose o! |
every body is entitled to his/opinion, but I am so disappointed in some nigerians , based on their myopic nature and some for their selfish reasons thinking GEJ has done anything positive to develop this nation. Until Nigerians wake up from their self centerdness and choose to face reality this nation will continue to deteriorate in all spheres. Why do I have to love or support a leader who is so incompetent to handle issues that concern the citizens. I don't want to use the H word but GEJ is a total failure. He should cover his face In shame and resign willingly to help and secure the destiny of millions of people and the generations coming. Let us call for a change in this country and our destiny is in our hands. |
I think I was popular in my former life because most people that are meeting me for the very first time are like they know me somewhere and they will started mentioning places I have never being. also if I go to a place or travel to a place for the first time, some people their ask where they know me from. I also discover some people will just come to me and start relating to me as if we have met before. I became concern about this because it is becoming usual this days. come to think of it, am a man and not too handsome or too attractive. has anyone in the house had or having this experience, please share your thought. mature comment please, no abuses or insult. thank you. |
I have carefully reviewed everyone's comment in this regard and i am of the opinion that majority of replies i got are people who support jonathan government and i dont havr problem with that. Where i am comcern is that some Nigerians are so used to sufferness that when they taste a bit of temporal comfort they think or believe its all well... Just as if i knew it, i was listening to news today and heard that Ghana is set to supply My COUNTRY power I have carefully reviewed everyone's comment in this regard and i am of the opinion that majority of replies i got are people who support jonathan government and i dont have problem with that. Where i am comcern is that some Nigerians are so used to sufferness that when they taste a bit of temporal comfort they think or believe its all well... Just as if i knew it, i was listening to news today and heard that Ghana is set to supply My COUNTRY power, i was so schoked and its saddened to hear this kind of news. Now back to my NLanders comments., some pple said I SHOULD GO AND COMPLAIN in the distribution center or my Local Government, i am wondering why i need to go complain for what i am being charged for and what is monitorable. How come their official know each houses even in gettos when they are circulating their bills ? there is no way the PHCN official would not know where there is power outage. When will talk of government its also made up of all goverment instituions PHCN inclusive... is it that the offices are too wide that the government can not monitor and regulate their activities? If its a government of integrity then it should have been able to curtail some of these excesses and mismanagement in its administration because i still dont see any reason why any Nigerians should be living in darkness at this time. This is not about power alone, sometimes i wonder what smoothly works in this country without itches along the line. The whole country is like a jungle, powerful people behave irrationally as they are above the law. The other day it was an issue of alleged boko haram sponsor who was ought to be locked for questioning and investigation, rather he was flying up and down with the president. Another one is the case of millions of dollars found in oritsejafor's private jet...these are the babaric incidences that happen frequently in this great nation and no one is detained or jailed for it. Well, i think we the masses should keep praying and act to let these government know that he has failed us and we are displeased with its government. WE NEED TO MAKE OUR VOICES HEARD. |
@sunnybobo, stay there and be monitoring people's write up for mistakes while they are progressing, yet you never create any meaningful topic...you have attittude problems. |
No matter what the problem is, Nigerians dont have any reason to celebrate independent in total darkness. i dont understand so many things about this country, why we been deprived of our basic needs by our own government. is it about lack of fund or what ? because i know that many countries that are not bigger or richer than us are not suffering the way Nigerians are. I mean come what may, this day in Nigeria should have been made as National day of stable power, at least let Nigerians feel that its possible to experience 24hrs of stable power and make them proud of that single day. Our govt has failed us and we do not have any reason to celebrate them...promises upon promises yet there is nothing to show for it. for the past 3 weeks i have not seen light in my area here in Abuja, FCT for that matter Now my question, do you have stable light in your area and what is that single thing what celebrate about Nigeria @ 54 ? |

Or if am to go by myself what do i need to go with and how long does it the process take, just to know if i should sleep over. Please someone should just clarify me on this once and for all. Thanks in anticipation. |
if you stay to much in a very cold enviroment...for example staying in an office where the AC is very chilling then this could be experienced. |
Please can someone in the house help convey our sadness to who ever is concern in university of abuja. I ran my distance learning programe that ought to be just 5 years for 8 good year. This is not due to carry over or whatever, its never my cause..they keep dragging the programme with strike and their internal wahala until it lasted for 8 years. this is not even painful as what happened thereafter we finished our last papers. since two years ago i dropped my pen in conclusion of my bsc programm in this regrettable university, and up till now our final result is yet to be out. now i keep wondering what the big deal is, for senate to meet withing a month and preside over these results...i mean its unbelivable that in this century something like script marking and data entry can take this long. even waec that conduct multiple exams for millions of student scattered all over the country are being able to release statements of result withing a short while. Now, majority of us that did this programm want to use that result to better our lives by way of getting promotion or being converted to a regular staff in our present place of work; some of us need this result to get a better job so they can cater well for their family but see what Nigerian attitude/factor has caused so many of us. i just believed these people are being very selfish and wicked. can they just empathized ? honestly, i get tired of situation of things in this country. we nigerians deliberately inflict pains and hardship on our fellow human beings all in the name of our own selfish behaviour/reason, why? this is one the reasons God is so angry with this nation and we are underdeveloped. Nigerians we are really wicked I am sounding this way because this issue has caused me to loose two great opportunities that's not easy to come by between last year and now. Honestly, this is one of my greatest in life that i studied in that school. |

I used to be an ardent commentator and contributor to opinions and views on naira land for sometimes but gave up and abandoned my NL ID for some reasons that have to do with the way people embarrass and abuse other members of the forum. It got to me so annoyed that I chose to only visit NL as guest just to read news and trending topics. I was severely abused, almost cursed by a member of this forum on my last post where I was only sharing my views on the issues of the country in a polite and unbiased manner. imagine when you are been called by some unpleasant names just because you voice out your mind. Honestly, I couldn't stand it and didn't want to imagine the scenario if it is in one on one incident. My point here is that; this platform is meant to better the lives of everyone because it encompasses and give room to people to talk about every facets of life. I have seen many members' testimonies whose lives have been positively touched through this medium. The last time i checked, NL has about 1.5 million members and hundreds are joining on a daily basis . NL i believe is meant exclusively for matured minds and mentally balance individuals. Those whose contribution can change the economy and political atmosphere of this society and also better the life of individuals. These 21 rules are purposed for our own good in order to encourage more members to join and also not to make the existing ones feel reluctant to contribute because you can never tell whose and what contribution will better your life and our society. |

The point is, were they actually invited and on wat basis ? And is dis picture actually taken where and as @ d time obama was bng sworn in ? These things not a big deal to nigerians again..and moreoer, how does that beneit us as people and nation ? |
