This year NB has been full of surprises. 1st batch recruitment didn't take up to 4weeks, 2nd batch is already waiting for interview invites still under 5weeks.Now those of us in the 1st batch might actually be signing the offer letter on the said resumption date. Well I will say to those in the process for the 2nd batch the wait will be over soon. Its going to be as fast as the 1st batch when the whole process resumes again, as I heard that a deadline as been given the HR to get the second batch in. MERRY XMAS

Guys and Ladies pls who knows the cause of this "stand still" and "dead silence " in the nb plc sales stuff and how long is it going to last. The thing is getting out of hand and becoming unbearable. Pls anybody with authentic information should break this ice, make all man sabi levels and em square root. Because I will soon change my mind o.

NB does things in their own pace. Have learnt that from years of experience applying for this same position. I will say this year's process is the fastest I have witnessed. So just be calm and patient. Then continue with what you have been doing before you applied for the Job.

Hello guys....to those who went for driving test yesterday how was it? I hope the tipa I gave u works out...pls concerning those who have down there driving test last week anybody with success or regret email...and to those who are going on Sunday I wish u best of luck I pray we all meet at the top...

I can see you are contributing well to the tread.. its cool. the interviewing process is an easy one compared to the one I went for in 2013. There was 4 men in the panel and they asked questions mainly based on my cv (same with other ppl) and then they asked questions like; tell us what you know about the company,why do u want to leave your current place of work? do you drink beer? what brand of beer is ur favourite? what do you like bout that brand of beer? .. they are very friendly people so you have to be very cautious not to lose ur guard. I remember in 2013 when I got to the interview stage and I got a regret mail after the whole 3months plus process. I even went for the VSM supervisor interview and the interviewer said I was too young and cant control the VSM of 15years experience or more. So I tried again in 2014 and didn't make it pass the online test. Now in 2015 am waiting for the offer letter call/mail/sms. Its been a very long journey to NB..i just hope it is worth it. all thanks to GOD
