My experience in P.O.E in Edinburgh yesterday is something else.I was running for heatrow but I encountered devil in Edinburgh but God proved him self.

Officer: why are you here

My wife: I’m here for my Masters

Officer: what course

My wife: international business and finance.

Officer:can I see your documents

My wife: gave to her he looked at the papers both tuition fees and deposit.

Officer: what work do you do in Nigeria

My wife :I just finished serving my country last December.

Officer: you paid deposit of your fees what of the remaining did you come along with your leaving expenses and remaining tuition fees.

My wife: said yes that I have indemnity mail with my bank that ones I opened a Uk account they will send the equivalent to pounds

Officer: directed the questions to me” who are you man are you both married I answered yes I’m her husband he looked at me very well.

Officer : as her dependent?

Me: I said yes

Officer: are you sponsoring her or your families sponsoring you both
Me : I said I’m sponsoring my wife:

Officer: can I confirm that i have our leaving expenses and remaining fees together

Me : I said yes

Officer: how did I get money for this.

Me: I said I’m into business

Officer:what type of business do you do in Nigeria

Me: I said I sell textile materials

Officer: how much do you get from your business a month…”my wife was trying to say something to me officer said don’t try it while I’m still asking him questions…”from this point i started calling the Holy Ghost.

Me: I said 1 million Nigeria money.

Officer: checked with his phone ok, i can confirm that I have paid for accommodation in Aberdeen while my wife studies in Dundee.

Me: I said yes because I did not see accommodation in Dundee maybe by next month we can move to Dundee.

Officer: ok you both should go and sit over there I’m coming.

Me : started praying, my wife even about to cry he collected our both passports and went inside.

Officer:you both should come I can’t find your thumbprint in the system. Go and sit down again

Officer: you both should come again put your finger here

Me: we did

Officer: welcome to uk
He stamped our passports.

This was my experience yesterday in Edinburgh please be prayerful while coming is no matter where you follow I was running for heatrow airport now I jam devil for Edinburgh God that did this for me I will continue to serve him forever.
I’m now currently in Uk goodlucks to you guys about to arrive may God see you through Amen.

31st Dec was not public holiday and people did their biometrics that day self.

a letter from them.

POF has casted since. But they also need us just as we need them. The moment they reach the target people they want, they will toughen up the process like schools are requesting for more funds(50% before enrollment) schools are now strict on resumption dates and all. It’s getting really close

No NSF email, now I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a refusal without getting a NSF email. I’m just nervous all over again ooo Abi I should start arranging my bags because fear never let me pack since oh and I have deadline of 31st to resume school. Lol

Pack your bags bro.
NFS mail means your application is not straightforward and they will require more information and time to process it.
The ECO that handled your case just used the point based system and boom you have your visa.

The most important thing is you must send your employment details asap.

It’s not wrong 15 working days from 29th is 21st January. 31st and 3rd were public holidays which means by 24th Jan he will have the right to question them

Please I am new here and some terms that are use here I don’t understand them. NSF means No sufficient fund right? Can someone please guide on how I can do the paid email thing? I did my biometric on the 21st of Dec and I’ve not gotten anything yet. Someone should please educate me on how these things works.

If you have a job that has sponsored your visa already why are you trying to ply the student route again? After 5/6 years just apply for your ILR simple.

I have a question. If an employer decides to sponsor you to the UK by giving u a COS and Tier 2 Visa.

What now happens when u decide to maybe study a course in the University in UK after some months.

Will you have to switch back to Students Visa where u only work 20hrs per week while u study or u just continue on the Tier 2 Visa where u can work unlimited?

But wait normally if they can’t reach your bank aren’t they supposed to send you NSF to ask you to reach out to your bank to respond to them. I believe I’ve seen various ppl say something like that happened to them. It would be very unfair that because of a lack of response from his bank this guy has now lost his visa

That’s why we keeping say every application is different because each ECO is different and can decide anything base on his/her digression

I'm about to start searching for admission in the UK. I gathered that admission is usually slated for January and September. From the look of things now,it's too late for the January admission. So,I'm looking forward to the one slated for September 2022.

Also, I have a degree in Transport Management over here in Naija, so I'd likely be going for a Masters program in that line.For people in UK, how's my chances of getting a job with Transport Management or can anyone recommend any sought after course one can look at??

Furthermore, how possible is it to be able to pay for my tuition with the "20hrs a week work", cos the pocket is not that strong, just hoping on the working to take care of my bills and every other thing.

Digital courses and health related course are the most sort after right now.

You definitely cannot comfortably pay your balance tuition with 20hrs work. Since it’s September you should start planning and saving to that effect.
