If you drive through that place every morning you'll understand. That flyover was supposed to ferry heavy vehicles across. It's a fundamental error for such gigantic edifice to be in place and the average driver still have to battle truck drivers for right of way. Unless the governor's interest was just to put up those beautiful lights

Imagine including Abakaliki street as part of the roads his administration built? Ifite road was in a deplorable state before he came in as governor and he did nothing. Election came around and he sent out highly unqualified contractors there to waste taxpayers money in the name of road construction( they've been working on gutters since the beginning of the year till this day). Is it the flyovers that can't even accommodate articulated vehicles? One wonders the essence of the project in the first instance since it has woefully failed to address traffic congestion at Aroma in particular. I can go on and on
