i only have christain songs,a total of 264 |
imagine if this phone was android. 8000 mah hmmm |
y2k62: close to half of that number must have been 2nd choice candidates. If each paid #1000 each, then calculate the total sum the school could've made and u'd understand y they didn't tell candidates not to register as 2nd choice knowing fully well that they won't be considered.yes, that is why d aspirant shuld nt put dem as 2nd choice, either 1st choice or ntn. And i think they are doing that just to feel their pocket. If they sell the form for 5000 then its 5000 *78000 which is 390,000,000 naira. Just imagine.but truth b told,if u are in that position,u will do more than dat |
The Registrar of the University of Ilorin, Emmanuel Obafemi, has said that the institution would, from January 2014, be fully digitalised. Speaking on Sunday in Ilorin, Mr. Obafemi said that the development would make it possible for lecturers to be able to send assignments to their students via the Internet. “As from January 2014, University of Ilorin lecturers would be able to send assignments to their students through the Internet from the comfort of their homes,” he said, adding that students would also be able to respond via the same channel. He said that the school had ordered for 25,000 pieces of mini iPads from the U.S. for the students to enable lecturers to send assignments to them from home. He noted that the iPads were already fully loaded with the students’ courses and each student would get one as they resume in January. Mr. Obafemi confirmed that because the iPad was produced in large quantity, the university had subsidised its price, noting that the whole school was already connected to the Internet. He expressed the readiness of the institution’s administration to make the university one of the best in Nigeria and Africa. Mr. Obafemi noted that the school would continue to encourage programmes and policies that promote global best practices in the education system. The registrar gave an assurance that the institution would sustain the legacy of the past Vice Chancellor, Ishaq Oloyede. “If you come here in another five months, you will see a positively different Unilorin and well managed institution,” Mr. Obafemi said. He commended the management of the institution and expressed delight in the fact that the university had not gone on strike in 13 years. If you are the governor of your state. Give us 4 ways through which you will provide jobs for the masses. As for me,these are my ways: (1)employing a lot of people to pick up refuse from all the roads and streets with the name SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT CLUB thereby enabling recycling of waste.come to think of it, sweden recycles waste alot to the extent of importing waste from Norway, men i tell you that area will very beautiful. (2)Government owns a large area of land in every L.G.A. so i will invest in agriculture through which some people will be employed. (3)employing people to plant trees in every L.G.A,major and minor road and in streets and also to take care of them. (4) employing more civil workers because there is always space for more. The govt just like and want to embezzle the state funds. |
astronautog: dude who u dey para with??free hux dey USELU ona pokemon na dey do any how o |
do u think that everybody who got admitted used behind-the-scene?. no,and i am one of those who got admitted in the first batch,my father wanted to pay a lecturer(friend) but he told him that i have gotten admission already. So i would advice u to change ur mindset becos nt every one used dirty means. Food for thought,if ur skul admit only dullards cos of money, the skul will be literally over. Abeg guys i dey find house o. |
i hate the fact that scientist are cross breeding different animals and plants so as to get better varieties that are drought resistant, possess economic value, very productive,a much shorter reproductive rate.e.t.c. My question is this,do you think Almighty God is happy with all the people carrying out these act, because they are bringing to existence what God Almighty didn't create.please give me your candid view on this issue . |
i have a friend who works in a motel,he is a storekeeper. But on a fateful day (yesterday) employer got to know that some unscrupulous workers usually steal some valuables and they would sell them outside. Cos he is the storekeeper he was fingered out with 3 other boys, they were first beaten by soldiers then they were taken to the police station were they were investigated. Then they came to his mother' house (so many people want the downfall of the woman and even the boy, especially a particular man who said police will shoot him) to check for any evidence, they found none. But my question is this,if you are the one who faced this fate, will you still live in that street? |
Sanchez01: I'll ask him to let the job go; afterall, having one's life is better than losing it all for the sake of a job with no security. The Western world might ask their authorities to swing into action in putting an end to incessant threats. Should he lose his life, Etisalat may only compensate his family then life goes on, another person ends up filling the void. No job is worth dying for, not in this part of the continent, and not in this part of world.exactly want was on my mind |
Pokemon43: Nobody on dis thread even asks of me any more, simply because delsu hasn't given me admission, every one and their clearance things and nobody cares about those that delsu hasn't admitted,so much for a friend, thnk you all for taking time to read.*walks away from the thread*am really sorry that you feel that way but u need to brighten up cos its not their fault, they don't even no me here too.anyway by God's Grace you will be admitted,my heart goes for those without admission cos i hav been at home 4 3yrs and i finally got admitted to study biochem there, and again it might just not be ur time, but don't loose hope. I am only lucky i got some people who fueled me up to read.yet again sorry for being isolated.abeg make ona beg pokemon for forgiveness |
there is this friend of mine who lost his brother(was assassinated) recently so i want to ask this question. If you have a brother(eldest) who happens to be the managing director of etisalat in port harcourt, and he receive death threats twice because of the position he found himself and they didn't want him to take that post, what will you advice him to do? |
Diplomatic G: Sounds like you are fourteen.i am 19 |
i don't sleep with gals infact i barely have friends(gals) that i talk with.but i am very close to dis gal,i luv her and she told me dsame but not romantic cos we made that agreement. The thing is that in my area there is this girl that always like to come near me and talk this and that but i took it likely as normal, but then she went to camp twice and anytime she comes back she always say "i miss u" but i always remain mute.sometimes when i do go to her place, even in the presence of her parents she would sit very close to me,thus the atmosphere will become fishy. There was one day she told me to help her with some maths problem and she was at home alone.i entered and i started solving when she sat close(very) to me (i tell u,u must suspect us) and i was lucky the book was on my lap when i got an erection but my willpower was strong then suddenly her mother entered the sitting room and saw us,she walked by but i was full of giult.so what do u suggest i do. |
pls o guys, i need to find accomodation(house probably a bed sitter in delsu) do u guys have any clue? By the way, congrats 4 ur admission. |
By Emmanuel Aziken, Political Editor ABUJA — The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, working in league with elements in the presidency has commenced moves to remove five governors who recently defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC, it emerged last night. The move Vanguard learnt, was the outcome of deliberations by close associates of President Goodluck Jonathan who are working to weaken the opposition against a possible second term for the president. At the centre of the move Vanguard learnt last night, is a court action aimed at removing the five governors through an exparte court order to the effect that the seats occupied by the governors belong to the party and not the governors as individuals. On obtaining the court order, it was learnt that the governors would immediately be removed from office pending the outcome of appeals that they might lodge. Rotimi Amaechi and Goodluck Jonathan Rotimi Amaechi and Goodluck Jonathan The legal team to press the case is aiming to use as a precedent, the legal dispute between Governor Rotimi Amaechi and former Governor Celestine Omehia. Gov. Nyako carpets alleged move Governor Murtala Nyako of Adamawa State, one of the five governors who left the PDP flayed the alleged move yesterday as he accused the PDP of double standards and clear violation of the law. The National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Chief Olisa Metuh, however, flatly denied the claim yesterday saying that the PDP would not want to jeopardize ongoing peace talks with the governors recently rekindled by the president. PDP assembles legal team However, multiple sources close to some of the governors affected confirmed the move yesterday with the assertion that the presidency and the PDP had assembled a legal team comprising 12 Senior Advocates of Nigeria, SANs to lead the charge. The legal team it was learnt is led by a senior SAN from the South-South. Contacted on his participation in the legal move the SAN blurted yesterday “who told you, who told you” before cutting off the phone. Besides Governor Nyako, the other governors being targeted by the legal action include Governors Amaechi of Rivers State, Rabiu Kwankwanso, Kano; Aliyu Wamakko, Sokoto; and Abdulfatah Ahmed, Kwara. It was learnt that the legal team was yesterday shopping for a friendly judge to give an exparte order to the motion being prepared to the effect that the seat occupied by the governors belong to the party and not to the governors as individuals. The task of the team it was learnt would be to use the Supreme Court order on which Amaechi came to power in October 2007 where the court held that it was the party that was elected into office and not Omehia. That case arose from internal dispute over the validity of the party’s candidate for the election. Flaying the move yesterday, Governor Nyako held that the Supreme Court had laid the precedence in 2007 following the defection of Atiku Abubakar from the PDP to the former Action Congress Nigeria, ACN, that somebody elected to executive office cannot be removed on the basis of his defection. PDP accused of double standard Governor Nyako accused the PDP of double standards to the effect that the party had encouraged opposition party governors to defect to the PDP in the past in the knowledge that there is no legal encumbrance to such moves. The governor who spoke through his Director of Press, Ahmad Sajo cited the case of Governor Isa Yuguda of Bauchi State who in 2009 defected from the All Nigerian Peoples Party, ANPP, on whose platform he was elected to the PDP without suffering any legal injury. He also cited the case of Governor Mahmud Shinkafi of Zamfara State who left the ANPP to the PDP also without any legal obstacle. It was also held that the PDP had ironically used the Supreme Court judgment on Atiku to defend the defection of Shinkafi and Yuguda to the PDP. Gov. Yuguda and ANPP “The ANPP gave him (Yuguda) a platform and when he became governor, they came around and wooed him and he changed party to PDP, they didn’t go to court. So, is it when people leave PDP that they have committed an offence, but when people leave other parties and come to PDP it is not an offence. As far as we are concerned, that is double standard and they should know that the Supreme Court has already ruled on this matter, which is the case of Atiku Abubakar and the Federal Government. “The vice-president of the country left the PDP and went to ACN, he was taken to court for him to lose his seat as vice-president, but the Supreme Court ruled that he (Atiku) cannot lose his seat simply because he left PDP and went to ACN, and he completed his tenure as vice-president. “They have no case, but what we are worried in this matter is the double standard. If they can condone other governors leaving their parties for the PDP, they should be prepared to accept the fact that people are going to leave their party for other parties.” Metuh speaks Claiming ignorance of the move yesterday, Metuh, the PDP national publicity secretary said yesterday: “I am hearing it for the first time from you. But remember that the president is discussing with the governors and the party cannot take any position until when the peace move is over and in politics, don’t rule out anything. This peace move you don’t know how it will end. “This is the PDP, this is the biggest party in Nigeria that can accommodate all national interests, we fight for the unity of this country.” By Emmanuel Aziken, Political Editor ABUJA — The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, working in league with elements in the presidency has commenced moves to remove five governors who recently defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC, it emerged last night. Abuja — Several universities in Nigeria have opened attendance registers for lecturers in line with the government directive that members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) call off the six month-old strike or be sacked by Thursday. According to Vanguard, the reaction to the threat by the federal government varied from University to University. The Ondo state-owned Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko (AAUA) lectures resumed on Monday, but few lecturers and students were seen in the lecture theaters. Students and lecturers of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) have also returned to school following a directive by the school authorities. While ASUU members at the University of Ibadan refused to sign the register and resume. At the University of Benin (UNIBEN), students said they would resume after Professor Festus Iyayi had been buried. Lecturers in both UNIBEN and the state owned AmbroseAlliUniversity, Ekpoma have refused to resume. Registrar of the University of Jos, Danjuma Jilly-Dandam in a statement on Monday, said that daily compliance registers for academic staff that report for work has been put in place.
