PDP didn't construct any road better than what we have today.
There's no where that PDP did any more quality. If you look at the quality of work JB delivered in Onitsha, you will understand.

The only road PDP constructed I ca remember is Ofosu to Benin nd Benin bypass to Asaba, the quality is not different from what we see today

I don't know about other sectors, but you see infrastructure? The type of road infrastructure APC has dumped in Southeast is far more than what they have done in southwest.

At some point, bushes were covering some section of Enugu/onitsha road. It was so bad that animals start breeding and raising kids there, you could kill a Python along that road because everyone abandoned it to use the state road alternative

The road is still under construction from Ariaria junction to Obehie junction by Arab contractors. It's going to be marked as well.

To be fair, during the time of Peter Obi, Onitsha Owerri road was the best in the east. Obasanjo constructed it but I think APC is doing better than PDp in southeast infrastructure-wise.
Sentiments aside, APC is only shit when it comes to security and economy. If they can resolve security challenges in Nigeria, I will rate them above PDP all rounder.

I can brief if u don't know what to say. That project is a state sponsored project and it was started by Alex Otti and upon completion,it is required to be refunded.

However,it has been like that since the time of OBJ that state govt can construct a federal road and after assessment,they are backed by law to get a refund. But many governors don't usually like it because it takes time to get such money back from Federal govt of Nigeria.

It's a state project, ask around

Portharcourt road, Aba that is being constructed by Julius Berger is a Different road from Aba-port Harcourt expressway that is being constructed by Arab contractors.

The former is a 6 Lanes road while the later is an 8 lanes which was awarded by the federal government

Port harcourt road, Aba is different, that one been constructed by Alex otti and its 6 lanes. This one is the express way connecting Aba to Portharcourt from Osisioma.

They are 2 different roads. Aba is changing alot lately
