The problem is the clubs keep paying for the misdemeanor of their fans. The fan should be fished out and bill a heavy amount on him/ her. Let's say, the daily or weekly worth of the player, that way, their senses will be activated back when they realise that the person they are abusing is actually earning money from the abuse. Maybe their sense will reset
