I just received my Oct 11 ROI.

when i said here i have nt recived my ROI For 2months some people that think they own MBA said i was lieing.Anyway i went there on friday,after making trouble with them i was paid for jst a month immediately and they promised to pay the other one within the week.MBA Is real but i guess they have some bad eggs as most organisations also have.

Trust me. Not a first occurrence. The customers always have a rethink when they are given Termination Form.

Lagos Branches have a bit of a backlog and trust me staff are in overdrive to clear them. But our internal check process MUST be followed to minimise fraud within the system. THE Financial regulator is currently vetting MTCIL so that vetting process must be followed to the letter.

For those with delays from the Lagos Branches, please be a bit a patient. All hands are on deck.

Also check with your Banks if there was a failed transaction.

some displeased investors with over a month and 2 months delayed ROI came to forcefully terminate their investment, insisting their ROI and capital must be paid to them at the spot.. I hope this delayed issue get resolve soon...

Bro you will be paid either today or tomorrow. The delay payment happened as a result of the introduction of the central payment system. Initially payment was done right at the branch but now payment is made at Abuja after your branch of investment has collated the number of persons to be paid on a particular date and sent to Abuja for payment. Let's say 5 days ahead of your due date of payment.

it's still doesn't justify why lots of delays even as long as 3 weeks. Take a stroll to there office and see the complain rolling in batches. Yesterday at their office wasn't funny. Lots of heated arguments almost resulting to fight. Some are own for two months. If you have an account with a Bank along the line you are been treated in a silly way you call them out definitely. Honestly the new MBA system isn't nice. Lots of complain since August. Am due for payment next week. Yet I haven't received that of last month.. let's be honest to ourselves..

hi, it was just a question directed to someone. But some people feel the own the forum. The call you fake when you complain, rude and arrogant. Forum like this were created for people to learn and ask question. None of us work for MBA though some might have invested long ago and have experience in some issues. Some kids just sit and rudely reply people without have anything to say. we all learn here.

got paid this morning. After 13 days. I had to go and complain at the Allen branch two days ago been Monday. Got my first ROI this morning... So if you have any issues it's advisable you go to them..

Is this your first roi?

Yes. The account guy said there was an issue for those registered on the 10th of August. Because the new 1year plan started on that said date...

Certainly Biguyman isn't the only one experiencing such. Mine was due on the 10th as well but am yet to receive it. Been in contact with the account officer that registered me at there Allen branch, he keep reassuring me it will drop. So my suggestion is after tomorrow been the 7th day I will go to them. You should do so as well. Point of note, if you keep bombarding this forum with your complaint daily it won't solve the issue without complaining to the right source.
