A lot of ladies are damaged goods, walking wrecks. They have been so hurt that they are used to it. Nothing is real to them anymore. Anytime I'm opportune to meet with one like that, I feel deep pity for them, I can understand their pains, fears and frustrations.
So I try to tell them the truth about the life they have chosen to live. You can grow out of it, or you can remain and wallow in your pain and self pity.
Building up a damaged person's self-esteem when their value has been crushed is not easy at all, but it's worth the try. I've succeeded with some and I have failed woefully. But there is hope.

The need to socialize is a basic human want. I don't know how old you are but you come across as someone who is socially deficient. All he needs is a piece of advice and not insults. I guess you'll treat your younger bro this way too.

Op you feel pain because of unmet expectations. You need to understand that the females are hard-wired to receive only, it's like in their DNA to be receivers only not givers. So giving or rendering any form of help is unreasonable and unrealistic for them.
Also note that a female will only help you if you appear to be of some value to her. That is if the help she is rendering will benefit her or fetch back returns to her quickly.
Finally, whenever you help a female or give her something, always consider that help or gift as a liability, a loss, it's not an asset, it's not going to appreciate or grow, instead the black hole into which your help went will keep asking for more.
When you go with this understanding, trust me, you'll never be hurt or upset when you interact with the female folk. Just like me, let your interactions with them be a class, a learning experience to gain knowledge. No vex bros, na small small person dey get sense.

There is no hard or fast rule to win a woman's heart. If she's gonna give you she will, if not, she won't. All I'll say is you just be yourself.
