Why are you covering the words "Misconduct" and "Underhandedness"in the petition letter? ![]() |
Just more road expansions and flyovers (that we don't need)in the inner city of Abuja. Nothing else! No hospitals, no schools, no public water system, no jobs, no intercity buses, no trams, no street lights etc. Which infrastructure are they talking about? |
PrettyRX:You don't need any accent. Just be calm and audible and make effort to use proper grammar when speaking. The more you speak the more you will improve. |
buenos116:You need to inform IRCC before it becomes an issue of misrepresentation. Use a web form to update them immediately. Good luck! |
Jaynekay:That's unusual! Almost 4 months! 1.Did you get AOR after submitting? 2. How are you checking for updates, just your email address or both email and your GCkey account? Anyway, it's better to find how to contact them to know the reason. This should bring your application back to the top of the pile to the eyes of the officers. Good luck! |
Lol...this is barely up to $50. All these stress to save $50 in 365 days Naira, truly has no value! |
firelord222:Focus on correcting the obvious grammatical errors in your above post alone such as the use of apostrophe between vowels (besoin d'aide), asking questions using inversion style (y-a-t-il quelqu'un avec qui je peux pratiquer), use of negation (ne me donne pas), gerund, correct spelling of words etc. You should spend more hours understanding how to apply these rules where necessary. Trust me, your writing will gradually improve and become clearer for others to understand. Bonne chance! |
firelord222:With an NCLC 5 in French, keep an eye for the new Francophone Community Immigration pilot programme starting in 2025. The only catch here is you must have a genuine job offer from a designated employer that meets specific conditions. No LMIA needed by the way. |
Easy! I can talk about that West African country that used to be the giant of Africa until clowns took over the helm of affairs! |
Since Nigerians have refused to adopt cashless means for microtransactions such as paying bus fares or even buying ordinary pepper at the local market, we will continue to face avoidable issues such as this current cash scarcity. We should be able to make/accept cashless payments for items as low as N500. There's Momo, Opay, PayByScanning QR codes, Tap to pay etc. already existing in Nigeria that can make these micro payments seamless but no, everybody insists on holding cash! No problem, let us continue paying outrageous charges like N1500 to withdraw N40k from POS operators! Let's continue fooling each other! |
Predator188:But what is wrong with paying these bills? All the things you have classified as bills are the standard in terms of higher quality of life of an average human being, which you don't get in Nigeria. You want to enjoy 24 hours electricity or get your own property without paying for them? I don't understand! |
VanuatuWycombe:They are not working on any thing! I was thinking like you that I would get dollar cheaper on the app and send to Dom account, but apparently there's no dollar buy option on the app. You can't even transfer dollar from your Dom account to another Nigerian bank's Dom account, it's that messed up! Abeg, where's the Union bank location where physical dollar is being sold at #1560, make we begin troop there for some sweet arbitrage! Buy #1560 at Union Bank, Sell at Aboki's for #1700! ![]() Are you sure you have used or have any idea of these things or you are just arguing based on some FX table you saw on GTB bank. All banks have that table, it doesn't mean anything! |
VanuatuWycombe:Been trying that on my Access bank app in the past few weeks, that sh*t never works. It's there for fancy. Even tried it in Access bank right in from of Access bank staff! It didn't work. I ended up buying almost $7200 dollars worth from aboki at different intervals and physically depositing in my domiciliary account instead. Like I said, if these things were working as it should speculators and the parallel market would never dictate the pace. |
VanuatuWycombe:Go to the nearest GTB bank near and ask to buy dollars, I promise you they will either not sell to you at that rate or claim they have no dollars to give to you. The inability of banks to sell dollars to regular Nigerians is the reason the so called speculators exist in the first place. |
Angelfrost:Abeg, abeg, abeg, we are not title contenders. We just want to collect three points from every match and be on our way. Don't put pressure on the team, biko! |
haywhy80:No, you can skip paying the RPRF but that will only cause some delays when they ask you to pay for it in the later stages of your PR processing. |
@OP, forgive and forget. While your dad may not have given you his maximum he still did his part. Some people's dads were deadbeats! Help take care of his needs if financially buoyant, just don't fund his excesses! You got only one life, don't live it abhorring hatred for your old man. |
funkyy598:Thanks a lot. |
Hello guys, I received my bank reference letter from Access Bank. Despite mounting pressure, they insisted on using their format which did not state my current account balance and no debts. Asides getting a statement of account, is there any other document I can add that should cover those two points not mentioned? |
Good day everyone, Anyone knows where I can get deed of gift notarized in Abuja? Also how much does it usually cost? |
buenos116:I can answer the last question at least. Just upload a blank document. |

Breezy90:Hi breezy90, I am trying to reach you but as we know Nairaland DM doesn't work. Breezy90:I am contacting you in reference to the above post concerning personal history as I am currently in the same boat as you were. What did you end up putting as activity type? Please, kindly help out. |
Ontarioo:I appreciate your response. That means bank statement showing dollar cash deposit alongside the gift deed should work as proof. |
firelord222:You will have to look for mock exams on YouTube. There are plenty over there. Make sure you are practicing with the NEW FORMAT. |
Good Morning everyone, Just a quick question: Are physical cash deposits into account OK to be used as gift deed in POF or does it have to be electronic transfer? My old man wll be doing a transfer from his domiciliary account to mine, however, the bank charges for electronic transfers are quite high and can take significant amount of money. On the other hand, it is cheaper to withdraw the cash $$ and then phsically deposit into my dom account which we plan to do. Are there people who have succeeded with this method of physical cash deposit because all the guides I have seen concerning documentation for gift deeds is just showing receipt of the funds through electronic transfer. Any help or advice from the experienced folks here will be much appreciated. |
This defamation has an opposite effect. If the defaulter was having issues or doubts on repaying her loan before, having seen this degrading message, she will never repay. These loan apps better find creative ways of recovering their money because I believe currently, many Nigerians are so broke (and shameless) that such messages mean nothing to them. |
Can someone tell Dr. Yemi Farounbi that you can not give what you never had? ![]() |
gbokukueba:Sorry, about that. I will today. Been super busy at work these past few days. |

All these stress to save $50 in 365 days
