Those hackers might be smart, I don't think they will withdraw all the money at once, perhaps, little by little.

They won't withdraw all at once. They might involve the use of mixers to make it harder to trace. But depending on those who are victims of the hack, they can decide to dedicate a fraction of the hacked money to anyone or organisation will to use its resources to track the hacker or authorities might get involved. I just know the hacker will find it difficult to spend the money!
