I did not leave accra out I included it in cities with a vibrant nightlife. however I just feel southern Africa and by that I mean (S.a, Zim and Zambia)Nairobi, lagos and Kampala have a better nightlife. this however is debatable based on personal experience. GDP is also one of the ways to tell a country has opportunities not wealth. What you do is simply calculate the GDP of a country against it's population.
for example Mauritius beats south Africa in HDI, PPP but I wouldn't say Mauritius has more opportunities that's a lie heck I wouldn't even say Mauritius or even Seychelles is more developed than South Africa.

I have lived in Ghana I know Ghana doesn't have 3% of it's population being white. in fact I'll see a Europeans person five times more in Kenya and Tanzania more than i would in Ghana. you do however have more Lebanese and Chinese people.
