kpele what is your educational qualification? let us get you a gainful employment... Coldrux: As I type this, I'm going mad and crazy. God and even the devil see my heart. He(God) knows me even before I was formed and conceived in my mother's womb. I'm someone that hates to see tears and sadness among people. I could do everything and anything within my capacity to see people smile and be eternally happy. What is the essence of our existence if we can't touch lives?. Consequent upon my kindheartedness, I've often being left penniless most times, because I give a lot. By God's grace, I'm an embodiment of Generosity. I am willing and ready to die to see others happy. If I'm lieing, let me not see the new year. Nigerians deserve better than what they are currently going through. The irony of the whole thing is that the most hardworking people are the poorest ones. Can we all protest? Can we all come out to say no to bad governance? I'm ready to lead the protests. I don't care or mind if I die in the course of doing so. After all, something must kill a man. It is better to die for something than to live for nothing. Let's rise now. Tommorow might be too late |

Ishilove: It seems you are not up to date about the chronology of events. Are you aware that the event was scheduled to start at 10am, and the security personnel that was to handle the crowd control was to resume at 8am, but our fellow Nigerians had assembled there as early as 3am and started their tossing their kids over the fence like burglary tools as early as 4am when honest people were still in bed. The processing you mentioned was going to begin at 10 am when the event started. Between 6am and 7am, our brethren became too impatient and proceeded to break down the gate, and it is that point that the kids were trampled to death. Thank you ishilove. Happy New Year in advance. |

Politics › NBA Honours Afe Babalola As Diamond Of Legal Profession In Africa by Kewtt(op): 12:54pm On Dec 31, 2024 |
The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Okitipupa branch, Ondo State, has honoured the founder of Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), Aare Afe Babalola, SAN, as the ‘Diamond of the Legal Profession in Africa’.
The Chairman of the NBA Okitipupa branch, Omotola Odusola, while speaking at the weekend in ABUAD, described Babalola as a beacon of excellence and an icon of resilience.
He added that the honour is to celebrate “the unmatched contributions of the legal luminary, entrepreneur, and philanthropist to jurisprudence, legal advocacy, education, and societal advancement.”
According to him, “Today, we gather to recognise an extraordinary individual whose name resonates far and wide, a luminary who has blazed trails across the fields of law, education, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy.
“I speak of none other than Aare Afe Babalola, SAN, PhD—a towering figure whose legacy continues to inspire generations.
“Your commitment to community development is evident in your instrumental role in the creation of Ekiti State, the establishment of the Federal Polytechnic in Ado-Ekiti, and your contributions to the Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido-Ekiti.
“It is no exaggeration to say that you embody the qualities of a true statesman—a man whose life and career reflect an unrelenting commitment to the upliftment of society. For your unparalleled achievements, you have been recognised with numerous national and international honours, including the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR), and Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON), among others.”
The Chairman described Babalola as a colossus in the legal profession, adding, “The establishment of Emmanuel Chambers in 1965 marked the beginning of a legal dynasty that has nurtured over 1,500 legal practitioners, including judges and senior advocates. Your courtroom advocacy and contributions to Nigeria’s legal jurisprudence have shaped landmark cases that remain points of reference to this day,” he said.
Babalola expressed gratitude to the NBA Okitipupa branch for the honour, pledging his partnership with the NBA branch towards advancing the legal profession in society.
The elder statesman said, “The English language lacks words to truly express what the mind feels. However, I say thank you very much indeed.”
“Today marks the beginning of me being a partner to you there. Whatever you want to do, I want to have a hand in it.”
The Vice-Chancellor of ABUAD, Professor Smaranda Olarinde, extolled Babalola’s towering achievements.
She remarked, “On behalf of the entire university, and especially our highly esteemed chancellor, founder, and proprietor, governing council, and Senate, we want to say a big thank you to you. Daddy, you deserve this over and above. Despite your proliferation in all areas of human endeavour, especially legal practice, you have always stood at the apex nationally and internationally.”
Olarinde highlighted Babalola’s enduring legacy in education, legal practice, and humanity, adding, “You have done so much for the legal profession, for jurisprudence worldwide, and for the justice system. This recognition will inspire you to continue to achieve even greater heights.”
The delegation was taken on a tour of ABUAD’s flagship facilities, including the Independent Power Plant, FESCO Factory, Greenhouse, Cassava Factory, and Wheat & Rice Factory, among others

This is due to different publications and podcasts powered by emotional lunacy across different platforms capable of igniting crisis in our country. |

BuharisBoy: Nigerian President, Tinubu Ranks Third Among World’s Most Corrupt Leaders – Report | Sahara Reporters https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19p6tYeqvC/?mibextid=oFDknk
A drug dealer, certificate forger and public Treasury looter, this is a character of Mr. President and you expect the country to move forward, actually the only thing that can thrive is criminality
The character of Mr. President paints a troubling picture. Allegedly involved in drug dealing, forgery of certificates, and looting the public treasury, such a leader's actions raise serious questions about the future of the nation. When a leader engages in criminal activities, it sets a dangerous precedent, eroding trust in governance and fostering a culture of corruption.
Instead of inspiring hope and progress, this kind of leadership only normalizes unethical behavior. It sends a message that criminality and impunity are acceptable pathways to power and success. This undermines institutions, destabilizes the economy, and discourages honest, hardworking citizens from striving for better.
Under such circumstances, expecting the country to move forward becomes unrealistic. The only thing likely to thrive is a culture of crime, dishonesty, and lawlessness. It is a sad reality when leadership, which should serve as a beacon of integrity and development, instead becomes synonymous with corruption and malpractice.
True progress requires visionary, ethical leadership committed to the welfare of its people. Without accountability and the rule of law, any attempts at development are futile. A nation led by questionable characters cannot achieve meaningful growth, as it lacks the moral foundation upon which to build a better future. I'm going to help you to undelete this. And I'm very sure seun osewa has your phone number.... |

N am very sure, the kind of subsidy savings they envisaged is no longer possible bcoz d purchasing power has been affected due to floating of naira, no money to buy fuel. When I was selling Crete of eggs for 900, am making more profit than now that am selling at 5,600. U destroy ur citizens purchasing power, u claim u r now generating more revenue but yet ur borrowing is over board. It's unfortunate. Lagos Oyo Info Ogun Ekiti Edo Kogi Abuja Just to mention a few |

Yes, she killed the children because she was responsible for their safety. For ensuring adequate safety measures were put in place. Once she didn't do that, she became responsible for their deaths. Back to sender. Pray for yourself first. |
