I met my girlfriend during my time at Taraba State Polytechnic. We started talking, and I gradually fell in love with her. After graduating, I proposed to her, but she rejected me on her birthday, citing family issues. I was deeply hurt but didn't realize she was deceiving me.

Now, I'm consumed by regret, having contemplated suicide several times. My family has isolated me due to my relationship with her, and I'm financially impoverished. The experience has left me disillusioned, and I've vowed never to engage with women again, let alone fall in love or enter a relationship.

Well bro this is life, as the saying goes - Life is not fair, indeed it can be very cruel. Though it's painful when you reflect back on what you could have done to safe yourself, what has happened has happened. You can't go back and change the clock. Pick up the pieces and move on. Your future is bigger and better than your past. Let the past be behind you and focus on what you can do to better your future. When there's life, there's hope.

Make this bitter life experience a learning process for you: Who knows you may end up becoming a top Relationship/Marriage Coach in the country to help guide our youths. Sometimes we go through tough life experiences in order to teach others so they could be saved from havoc.
Remember what doesn't kill you make you stronger.
