I wrote paypal to make enquiries some time ago, Pay pal called me info tell me its our CBN that has not authorized them to receive payments for her clients. The conversation was long, the Pay pal rep promised to return a call upon CBN approval that they (Pay pal) should receive payments for her clients. So I think Its our policies. And not theirs.

Paypal sent me a mail saying they are yet to activate fund reception for paypal users in Nigeria. They claim CBN is yet to honour their request. I can make payment but can not receive.
