Since your family can cater for your baby, It is in your best interest to allow them do it without worrying about your absconded boyfriend. Complete your degree by probably paying your way through the final paper as Nigeria is already a useless country, so anything goes. I know It is emotionally draining, but remember that your scenario is pretty common amongst young Nigerians.

Regarding abortion, I know Nigeria is a religious country, and the Bible is against abortion, but I see it as necessary evil especially for people who are from poor backgrounds. A surgical abortion is technically proven to be safe.
