How did someone like this become a leader in Nigeria
Even hear him talking, saying people will die before he is arrested......See how little he values the life of his fellow Nigerian

Its real sad how these thugs have managed to hijack power....

Even in Columbia at the height of Pablo Escobars power they managed to block his political ambition....But its free for all in Nigeria

Ask the two girls a technical question now am sure they cant answer it, just ask them what is a server, or drivers in computing, they will just open mouth.
forget about that result, even the person that made the highest grade in mechanical engineering doesnt know what is an oil filter and what it does in automobile.
They just read and cram everything then go to exams to offload it.

I strongly believe that they are first class students but the perfect score system is flawed, to get a perfect score in most university in Nigeria you have to get A in all your courses ( that is from first year to the last year). getting one B is already something less than 5 points, but apparently in unilag you can this is possible.
Nothing flawed about it...same applies all over the world....we have seen Nigerian students get perfect score in different parts of the world...we even got one recently in Japan.....

Lets stop all this jealousy talk and appreciate our people

What is wrong with this country and what is wrong with Northerners....
How are they not enraged, when they see their Northern leaders failing them

Even this learned Doctor is suffering from the same mentality,....
He was on point and totally derailed when it mattered most.....He has a Northern, president, governor, house of rep members, senator
And the best he could come up with was that they are not being helped because they are not Christians,.........
What kind of mental slavery and fuckery is this........
Is it written in his genes that you should not criticize a Norther Leader or Islamic religious bodies

We are in trouble in this country ooo.....we do not have leaders we have slave masters..
Car TalkRe: Car Price List In Nigeria In 1975 (As Low As N500) by khalids: 6:55am On Jan 30, 2017
nurey:
Well you are saying two different things, am not as old as you think, I just know prices due to receipts I also found as my dad and mum (especially) keeps those things. Things were cheaper those days but we could say life wasn't as easy but things are expensive nowadays but we have things that made life easier.

How much was cat fish in the late nineties, sardine was 50naira, Maggi was cheap, Maggi 2 minutes noodles was 5naira and it came with its own plate and spoon, how much was milo and bournvita, we practically had this regularly on the table. How much was cabin biscuit. Derica of rice was 35naira, beans was 20naira.

My mum cooked confirm 1 week soup for 500naira, am talking of soup with 5 lives. We ate moimoi every Sunday morning with sardine virtually swimming inside. Grinding pepper then was 10 for petrol use and 5 naira for Nepa use.

We paid 1000 monthly as Nepa bill in Ikoyi, our lister gen was bought 30k very powerful old soldier. If I tell you the price of this things I listed now, my brother, you will know things were cheap then and available to the poor.
My friend you are lost in relativity.....You are comparing price list of the past to todays currency value

Come on man/.....As at that time does prices were outrageous,,,,,and could only be afforded by the rich
Nothing has changed since then....we ares still in the same mess

Oh my brother this is were you get it wrong, ofcourse there is peace in this world Christ came to change that. There was no peace in the world before Christ came but everything have changed now since He came to die for our sins.
There is PEACE in the world with JESUS CHRIST. Only Him gives peace when He lives in. Everything changes and the world is not too big to recieve PEACE only if they believe in Him.
My point is the world will always be divided, until it is judged
Peace exist for those that accept Christ......

But you and I know that in this world everyone will not accept Christ

They simply dont sleep with their eyes closed and this is what the devil brings to the world with all his wealth.
Bros, If it is peace you are looking, It does not exist in this world....This is not our home, this not our world

To you i say "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference."

Only if our leaders follow His footstep and turn their way to God.
The truth is that what we need now as a nation is God to help us shange the course of this nation.
This nation is in turmoil... we are in an economic reccession with poverty loomimg everywhere. It will take God nothing to deliver this country from recession and from the problems we are facing now only if we change our ways and TURN TO GOD.
We as a nation needs God and God needs us.
This is one of the reason why I was never in support of a muslim and Buhari becoming president. It cannot work especially in a country like Nigeria were we always call on God in whatever we want in life.
To follow my words closely tell me one place in Nigeria were they have a muslim as Governor and are doing well tell me in conquest.
My friend this you logic is screwed,
Let me ask a question, the top ten countries in the world, how religious are they....
My guy open your mind......Even the bible says what you sew you will rip
Other nations are working hard and building their institutions and getting this done and as such are properous.

What is the work that we do here in Nigeria, what kind of choices do we make......Bros we are ripping what we have been sewing
It has nothing to do with christian or muslim...Is Dubai a Christian Nation...

Do people read at all....See display of ignorance and pure hatred.....

A senate member raised section 4 of the article to state that the president has to seek consent before sending any troops to another nation
The Senate president informed the member of section 5, which state that the president can send out troops based on certain conditions.

Simple and straight forward. Yet see the nonsense comments people are making.
People say he is going to fight war in another country....Note: He is not the one fighting any war, Its ECOWAS enforcing rules and regulations within the sub region, of which Nigeria is a signatory to. As such, we are mandated/duty bound to support the decisions of ECOWAS.

So this is an ECOWAS declared action backed by the United Nations.....So people should stop talking ignorantly

I cant really understand this statement.....what do you mean by overtake....The last time i checked the essence of the church is to win souls for Christ.....So which one is overtake again

All church are the property of Christ.....so what is the competition there....There is obviously sometime wrong.
Funny I have never heard of mosques competing against each other because they know the purpose of the mosque is for praying to God.

I hope we are all seeing the real enemies in Nigeria....Its is not an ethnic problem, it is not a religious problem, its not even an APC/PDP problem.
The problem is that thugs and criminals have hijacked power.

Imagine if he was a US governor and he made such a remark to a group of college students.....he would have been forced to resign the next day.

We need to join hand and let all these politicians know where the real power is.

Lets cutout all the name calling of tribes. The fact of the mater is that Nigeria is hugely blessed in its diversity. All tribes have great accomplishments and abilities.
Lets make our diversity work for us.

I believe the only quarrel we have is the people who will not allow peace to rain in this nation, the people who are standing in the way of the greatness of this nation.

LETS CHANNEL OUR DIVERSITY IN FIGHTING THE ILLS OF OUR SOCIETY AND MAKING NIGERIA THE GREATEST NATION IN THE WORLD.

Has comprehension become so difficult in Nigeria now....Abi na so our school system don bad reach.

The article is simply explaining our potential loss in power and not that power supply has dropped.
In summary what the article is say is that we have an installed capacity of about 8000MW
However due to limitation in gas supply and seasonal drops in water level we are unable to harness half of that, which translates to potential revenue loss to the nation.

HOPE IT IS CLEAR NOW...

InvestmentQueues At ATMS This Days by khalids(op): 9:49pm On Dec 22, 2016
Have you being noticing the Long queues at ATMs this days and general complaint of people finding it hard to withdraw their money from banks.
Why are there no discussions on this, instead its all MMM this, MMM that......
I hope there are no issues with our financial institutions.

Although banks are blaming poor network for the issues with the ATMs but is this really true

According to an article on Premium times
Some bank customers in Kaduna on Tuesday decried the poor services of the Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in the town.
At various banks, there were long queues of customers at ATMs making it difficult for numerous customers to make withdrawals from their accounts through the ATMs.
Many of the ATMs displayed an “out of service” message on their monitors, while others were unable to dispense cash due to network problems.
The ATMs visited included those of First Bank, Ecobank, UBA and Zenith Banks.
Henry Fumwul, a customer, said that he could not make any withdrawal with his ATM card at the First Bank ATM centre along Mohammed Buhari Way.
He said that the machine did not pay him, but only debited his account.
“An official of the bank told me that the poor service was due to technical problem and he assured me that my money will be remitted later,’’ Mr. Fumwul said.
Another customer, Malik Garba, said he no longer had confidence in the ATMs, adding that “I now prefer to use my cheque book”.

In the Federal Capital Territory as well, numerous clients have bemoaned the difficulty they face in withdrawing money from ATM’S
Stella Emmanuel, at a Zenith bank in Gwarimpa Abuja, said she had visited three ATMs before she got to Zenith bank.
“When I reached here, only one of the ATMs was working and the queue is so long”, she said.
Also, a senior official of one of the banks, who sought anonymity, said that poor network is due to weather and technical hitches.
“Our servers are now being upgraded to address the challenges,” the official said.
He advised customers to always request for receipt whenever they made transactions at ATMs to guard against unforeseen circumstances.
