For dis jamb wat did u think will b unilorin cut off mark for medicine?
the jamb cut off varies every year. It is usually peg at 240 but have seen a year where it was pegged at 215. It depends on the number of candidates vying for the course.
EducationRe: The medical students and aspirants thread by Khan1993: 9:27am On Jan 30, 2016
Dalyjay:
For dis jamb wat did u think will b unilorin cut off mark for medicine?
medicine in unilorin!!! In fact any course in unilorin. I Am not trying to be a wet blanket but that school has an opaque admission process. No cut off so don't get taken in by the ones you must have been seeing on the internet. So to say, scoring 90 doesn't guarantee you medicine. But the good part is that they have a very stable academic calender. Trash the part where people say they only admit muslim. They admit christian too.
If its your kismet to attend unilorin, then you shall get admitted.
But then unilorin is an a underground school expecially when it comes to top notched discipline like law and medicine. I am talking from experience here bro. Its may not be the same for you cos i know people in unilorin right now that got in without knowing anybody and i know those with better pume score still at home.

EducationRe: How A Lecturer Punished A UNILORIN Final Year Student by Khan1993: 9:04pm On Jan 29, 2016
MadCow1:
I guess UNILORIN just tied with UNIBEN for the position of Nigeria's most Useless University award.

It's one thing for a Lecturer to give a foolish instruction, it's another thing for a grown Man to obey a foolish instruction.

And tomorrow you will find these students in the workplace and you would be wondering why a professional has no self confidence in themselves and are so timid.
are you suggesting he defy the lecturer's instruction. And for a grown up making noise during presentation. I really don't know what to think of the youth of nowadays.

CrimeRe: Undergraduates Raped, Robbed Job Seeker And Took Her Unclad Photos by Khan1993: 10:40am On Jan 29, 2016
Although I don't believe the lady and i don't support the men too but if she claim being raped, then let her produce their chat. The internet is a data bank.
And for a lady seeking a job, she should have at least her CV to show.
If shes unable to provide this, then maybe the guys were right afterall.

Hi guys,i need ur help on advice.I am a medical aspirant, preparing for jamb 2016.I presently manage a shop newly opened by my brother which operates 7;30am- 10:00pm due to lack of admission in the previous year 2015.I struggle to manage my study and stress @ the shop everyday, some time I don't study as a result of stress.I want to be strong to manage the both, but am getting weaker the more especially in studies. What should I do plsssss.
I would be lying tell you I was once in your shoes. But i must commend your ethusiasm and vigour of not settling for less even with the task above you. Sir, studying has to do with the mind. Talk your books to the shop and read. Create in your mind an environment where you can study. Get the right books to read and avoid a desultory reading. Attempt enough PQ and dont forget to pray for favour and blessing.
And most importantly pick a school that isn't jamb score dependent. Hope you dig the last part.

I dough my cap 4 u Gideon u are eloquent and I admire dat but on a conical and logical note, u are not communicating, u are flexing ur rich vocabulary and not everybody understand u thereby u are not passing d knowledge u want 2 pass. For dis reason many pple do not read wole soyinka work, if u read a book written by chinua achebe and a book written by wole, u would see d diff. Chunua communicates and even a primary school student would get and understand d message being passed, wole 2 me jst display his intellectual and vocab sagacity. So I tink u shld b explicit in ur writeup.
i think he was explicit enough sir. At least i didn't have to get a lexicon deciphering his diction. I respect people with great commandment of the english language expecially when they aren't into any english related course. To me, its creativity. But then i couldn't help but acquiesce with you that communication is the key to every conversation.

Any info on mellanby please. Which block is closest to the water system and has enough solar power bulbs to go around during power outage.
And of course not crumbling.
