It is reported that there has never been a transfer fee on former Arsenal Player Matheu Flamini. It appears that will continue as he is currently having a medical at Crystal Palace according to sky sources.

May be the decision to drop Rashford to England U-21 side for development and playing time isn't a bad one as he scored a hat-trick to help England beat Norway 6-1 in their Euro U-21 qualifiers.
