Some numbers are special and only reserved for dose da deserve it.... U be bolo o. make him no wearam na... I go cane am!!! True some shirt numbers are brand of some players. But they have to do the play on the pitch rather than concentrate on numbers. Martial's case can be compromised a little for the time being. |

satowind: Is like u are not a football fan. Ur jersey no is ur brand and when taken away and given to someone is disrespectful it just means u don't deserve the shirt. Considering wat martial did 4 man u last year he deserve de shirt not ibra. he just came last season na. And he still has more years ahead to get his shirt back considering Ibra won't last long. Right now United needs a new shirt brand seller to help cover up for missing out in the champions league and Ibra is the right man. Ibra will sell alot, Martial will also sell in his new number. It is more Business oriented!!! |

Tolexander: you can never be sure of that.
It is NPFL, no one can categorically say which team will win or relegated, even at week 30. At times the points separating the table topper and relegation zone may not be more than 12 after the week 30 fixture. Mathematically, it is possible for the table top team to still relegate. well this season is still quite different small. Any chance of that seems to be fading away games by games. Heartland and Ikorodu United does not look like saving themselves this season. Reality is staring them in the face and that is relegation even though I don't want heartland relegated. There are not much games left. Thats the reality of the situation on ground! |

stevedre: We need more muslims like you and i hope you will be protected and not lynched when ever you speak out in public same words you have just written because ived lived in different arab countries so i know first hand how they behave. I have so many muslim friends who always speak against all this evil acts but ironically, all are well educated and most have travelled out of their various countries which brings me to the fact that education, exposure and honest condemnation of not this people but also their source of inspiration is what is needed to reduce the numbers of radical muslims. Christianity was brought to Africa by the whites but they are now derailing from it by encouraging gays/lesbians but the bible clearly condemn it, homosexuality was one of the main reason GOD destroyed sodom n gomorah. Now, Islam was brought to Africa by Arabs but they too are derailing by not just killing people who dont share their believe but also killing their fellow muslims (shiites vs sunni), these are a few reasons the numbers of atheist is now grow. Such a shame the Bible and Quran shares so many similarities but people now twist the words of GOD to favour their ideology. Ameeen!!! thanks!!! Wow! Intriguing!!! You have virtually spoken the whole truth. I 'm impressed!!! Thanks for your Understanding! We need more of you (non muslims) who understands Islam and can tell others what Islam really is or what certain teachings of Islam mean. Many people have unfairly and unjustly hated Islam without knowing what Islam really is or what it actually says due to false informations and malagnity. Once again thanks for your enlightenment and understanding. |

But I wonder why they gave his shirt number 9 to Ibrahimovic because Ibrahimovic is a bigger and well established player than him and will not spend so many years at United. So Martial will still get the No. 9 jersey back if he stays longer at United. Remember when Ronaldo was given No. 9 at Real Madrid and later No. 7 when Raul lefted. No big deal in jersey Numbers. |

stevedre: Good day. You sound educated thats why I chose to quote you. If his statement was wrong, what about the actions of most muslims? When will the educated ones like you teach the foolish ones the act of tolerance, love forgiveness and realistic peace? The actions of the stupid ones amongs reasonable one like makes it hard for people to even want to give you a listening ear. Its time muslims talk to each other, from the imams to followers and worshipers. The idiot that killed over 80 people in frace drove a truck crushing Christians and muslims together, where/what is the sense in that kind pf action? Sorry for my insulting words but I feel provoked to the limit at the moment, now tell me where i went wrong. well spoken! Sorry my reply took this long. Out of data since that day. You have spoken well and raised some Important points which I quite agree. The actions of most Muslims? Muslims have guide lines and lay down rules which guards their daily activities and life. If any muslim break these laws and rules, they are culpable for doing so. Now, most of the actions of these muslims must be cross checked with their books of authority which are the Holy Qur'an and the ahadith (the traditions of the Holy prophet). If you look carefully you will see that most of these actions are not in conformity with Islam. Most scholars and Imams usually preach love, tolerance, forgiveness and peace especially with people of other faiths. That is the essence of Jumuat (Friday sermons), Ramadhan and Islamic forums/lectures. But do you know even with all these it is hard to reform people especially when they are not ready to accept and follow the truth? But if they are muslims at heart and love the beloved Prophet (SAW) they will follow and abide by his rules becos Allah says '' Ye have in the Messenger of Allah an excellent exempler..'' Qur'an chapter 33:21. It is very very unfortunate that most Muslims instead of helping Islam, are the ones destroying it, Pathetic! Actions such as the truck attack have no basis in Islam. Meaningless, worthless, and has no authority in Islam. I am telling with utmost truth that Almighty Allah will review such actions on the day of judgement and will punish the wrong/evil doers. Thanks for your time. |

Rexyl: But why are so many atrocities in the name of Allah? The biggest headache for the whole world Good question. The truth of the matter is that some muslims are dishonest, liars, cheats, corrupt, mischievous etc. And most even lack basic knowledge of Islam or do not adhere strictly to the teachings of Islam. These are the black sheeps, every community has one. Becos Almighty Allah does not punish those who lie, claimed false teachings, or those who sinned against Him immediately, some take Him for granted, but they forgot that there is a day coming when He will ask us to account for all our deeds, and that is the day of Judgement. Such atrocities can never be from Allah. Allah says '' Who doth more wrong than He who forge a lie against Allah, ......'' Qur'an 10:17. My plea is that when u see such atrocities or claims in the name of Allah, verify/analyse from the authentics sources; which are the Holy Qur'an and the Sahih Ahadith whether it is truely from Allah or not. False claims in the name of Allah are notin. Allah never commands unholy acts. Allah nevers commands an ungodly act. Allah never commands an inhumane act. Allah never commands shameful deeds. Allah is never unjust to his creations. |

Ayatullah: THE TRUTH is that 'Thisday' Newspaper did a one sided story lacking investigative journalism.
Another TRUTH is that the Catholic Church is not new in the area so also is the Mosque Ground where the alleged attackers came from.
Another TRUTH is that the Catholic Church should have known that Friday is a serious Prayer Day for the Muslims who pray in peace in their thousands led solemnly by one Imam and need no disturbance.
Another TRUTH is that the Muslims despite praying in their thousands outside does not generate any disturbing noise.
Another TRUTH is that Christians so much love the microphone and loudspeakers that they make so much noise even when they are gathered in very few number.
The final TRUTH is that the Christians must have made a disturbing, loudspeakers assisted noise full of heresies while the Muslims were praying which must have led to the Catholic Church being raided by the Brave Muslims.
(I expect a ban for saying the truth) One of the reasons I don't rush to comment or quick to be judgemental. Becos I have to hear the other side of the story. Most news agency don't usually give the full story or what actually led to such things. |

zainabxel: It is the Religion my friend. If christians attacked mosques all over the country and bomb people in the name of their religion, i'll totally blame christianity. that will be wrong! Why? Becos you have to find out if it is the teachings of the religion to do so or not, before concluding. Of course many people have lied and do things that is not in the religion and claim it in the name of God or religion. There is a vast difference between the teachings of a religion and the followers of a religion. Becos some followers of the religion will not apply the teachings or abide to it rules. Both Islam and Christianity condemn fornication and Aldutery, but are some followers of both religion not committing it? Who is to be blamed? The religion or the those followers? |

It is not a matter of recognizing Jesus or Mohammad. The problem is what the faith is all about. You keep denying them yet they believe they are doing what their Allah approves. This is a serious problem and global threat to peace if they do or committ an act that Islam is against, we have to deny those wrong teachings, acts etc. And even them if they don't repent. More should come and and openly condemn instead of just silently 'observing'. true talk kobonaire! I am NEVER HAPPY reading stuffs like these or seeing muslim youths misbehaving. Becos it is not a true representation of the Religion of Islam. The truth of the matter is that most of these youths themselves don't know the basics teachings of Islam or they know but choose not to apply. This Act is directly condemned in the Qur'an. Qur'an 60:8 says ''Allah forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just''. Qur'an 5:32 says '' if you kill one person unjustly, it is as if you have slew the whole people....'' I don't know where these youths and their Imams get their own teachings from? During the life time of the Prophet (SAW), he was called all kinds of names, mocked etc. He never physically abuse or assault anyone back. Islam condone not all of these acts.
