The quickest goal in the Euro is Dmitri Kirichenko's goal for Russia against Greece after 65 seconds in Euro 2004.

Robert Lewandoski's goal after 1 minute 40 sec is the second quickest goal in the history of the Euro championship.

Betters did you consider 3-3??

People go lose well today o!

Present sir!

Lets see what's in stock for these two having same first 2 alphabets in their names.

Prediction: I don't think it is that easy to predict. Both teams needed extra time to qualify to this round, and both have not been prolific. Yeah on paper many will give it to Lewandoski and his Poland side, but I was really impressed with the way Pepe and Fonte handled Mandzukic in the round of 16.

Verdict: a close game with both teams avoiding less errors. Might need extra time or penalty shoot out to settle.

so u want to compare croatia quality with iceland in your bid to defend england's failure.we knw there are surprises at major tournaments but every team knws its capabilities, this is d same icelandic team that english commentators were delighted being paired against, calling it an easy one for england and danny murphy called them a "championship "team....just look inward and admit that england are not just good enough.
am not trying to defend England. I am trying to show that even with your quality and National pride you would still get beaten. No doubt Iceland's quality is not comparable to that of Crotia. Similarly Crotia's quality is not comparable to Spain but they beat Spain.

So those quality and pride doesn't matter much.

When I saw Danny Murphy's comment I immediately posted it here. because I knew it wouldn't turn out like that. Look how sore it has become for him and those who confidently said it gonna be easy. No doubt they will regard it as worst ever performance because of the disappointment. Shame!

Underating a team no matter small they are will not help any team.

Hehehe..... When Portugal wouldn't beat them, it looks as if they poor right? Well England is worst. Am just sorry for Roneey's National team frustration just as Messi. I think he too will finally quit the National team.

England maximum height in any tournament is the quater-final, I dont think they will reach there this time. The current Icelandic team are miles above them in terms of teamwork and composure.

Since the qualifiers, I saw the intent in them. My only surprise is that Lars Lagerback is achieving great with a country of approximately 350 thousand and could do nothing much when handling a country with 180 million people.
nice point! I was coming to that.

Up Lagerback!

I'm not convinced he can win the battle with Low.

Hmmm... Spain seems to be porous at the back and Italy create chances whenever they like. The earlier they shut it out the better for them.

Sports › Re: World Cup Qualifiers: Nigeria, Cameroon, Algeria In Group B by khattab02: 6:22pm On Jun 26, 2016
Lol..... I knew with our poor performances we will end up in a group like this.

I understand the pessimism due to current situations, but giving up all hope even before a ball is kicked is outrageous! We are not doing well now. But four Months is not too small of a time to get many things in order.

Some even say we will not be able to get draws in Algiers or Yaounde. Well I will say that is possible, becos even in bad performances and poor results, the Super Eagles doesn't get beaten so easily. Ask Argentina, France, Cameroun, Egypt and co.

Lets borrow Arsenal's slogan

#Keep Faith!!!
