Well you made nice points, lets see what he has to offer. No doubt this could be his most challenging job. A little correction on point number 2, they won't play an away match on thursday and then play another away match on saturday, rather they will be playing on sundays after thursday Europa matches.

Some people are acting as if they don't have carryover here. I had 4 carryovers, not because am dull, but circumstances beyond my control caused it. And I'll forever be grateful for that because it made me understand the course more.

You can't repeat a class twice, you get withdrawn after failing at the second attempt.Faculty of pharmacy bad gan o!!the pass mark is 50 and 60 for a couple of courses. It's no place for mediocres..You can survive anywhere if you pass through pharmacy with no hindrance.

true talk! I call those ones victims of circumstances. A student did not register a course online is automatic F. Whether it is due to the network or website doesn't concern them. A student failed a course or had a low grade why? because 20 marks from his CA was not added.. And so on...

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Sacks Louis Van Gaal ? by khattab02: 9:39pm On May 23, 2016
Reason why Van Gaal was sacked....... Chairman of Man united's supporters trust said: ''Van Gaal's fate was sealed with his results over the season. The style of play and football has been the worst I have seen in my time following United. A positive is that the club has acted quickly and a new manager will be in place in preparation for next season.''

''the club has acted in the best positive way in its own interest and Van Gaal has been a victim of that. The supporters wanted a change, to put someone in charge who knows the philosophy of the club. Attacking and competing football rather than the game of chess we have seen this season.''

Some call it United's brand. I call it Ferguson's brand. Van Gaal was building his brand. There is no way Mourinho can bring back SIR Alex Ferguson's brand.
hahaha.... grin

Van Gaal's brand? Boring, tame and ineffective. You and I knows he won't survive long on such a brand.

Sir Alex Ferguson's brand or rather Mourinho's brand are similar. Mourinho is more closer to bringing Ferguson's brand than Van Gaal. Attacking, Defending, using Pacy winger and so on.

He (Mourinho) will have the job and lets see what he can do after 2 years (same as Van Gaal).

That is the philosophy. By the time you guys have mastered it, you guys would have been deadly to other teams.

At least, Van Gaal's dream of a high possession and high scoring Manchester United will not happen because your owners want to rush everything.
hehehehe....... Spot on Joe spot on

but do you enjoy watching those plays where matches will result to 0-0s? No attacking intent or watever.

Joe that style is killing United as a brand. And for how long will they endure? So much so that the likes of WestBrom, Stoke and they rest are no longer afraid of United because no attacking intent that will scare them.

Ighalo is a big fool. Club in China wanted to buy him with huge amount of money, but he refuse. Watford will go on relegation next season & they will sell him to League 2 club
oh common dude! Thats too harsh! Must he accept to play in China for the money? Didn't Rooney too had same opportunity? Why didn't he take it?

Ighalo is at the top of his game and can still make more money by the time he turns 34-37 by playing in America, Qatar, China or even India when the time comes.

The very best in the world i.e Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, Suarez, Rodriguez, Ozil, etc. Do not play in China. So why should he?

Sports › Re: What Will Happen If Liverpool Was Among The Top Four But Still Win Europa? by khattab02: 11:34pm On May 18, 2016
Another scenario is this..... Lets say Man city were in the UCL final and they happen to win it, but manages to finish out side the top 4. And liverpool wins the Europa league. Then the team that finished 4th will not qualify for UCL but Europa league.

Why? UEFA rules states the winner or the defending champion of the champions league must return to defend the title (Chelsea 2012). And it also states ''no league can produce morethan 5 teams for UEFA competitions'' so it therefore means.. Man city (suppossed defending UCL), liverpool (suppossed Europa winner) and the top 3 teams qualifies. 4th placed misses out.

Sports lover Nairalanders oya over to you.

What if Liverpool had qualified for the UEFA champions league by securing a place among the top four in the english premiership table...and eventually win the europa cup? Will there be a recommendation for another english club to participate in the UEFA?
nothing much would have changed. Why? Because it is only top 4 of the top 3 ranked countries that qualifies for UCL. So they would have qualified as 4 placed team and via Europa winners, although they will not play 3rd qualifying round.

Same way UEFA does not say ''since you have won the league (already qualified for UCL) and may be you also win the UCL (defending champion) that the 5th palced team should qualify for UCL'' e.g Madrid and Barca winning the last two. No no... It doesn't work that way, according to their rules though.

There are lots of permutations.
