Dude, no offer as a graduate assistant? Go online and search for scholarship offers from foreign governments. British,Canadian, German, American, Swedish, etc. Check commonwealth scholarships. Check embassy Web pages. That is if you lean towards academia. otherwise send speculative applications or CV's to big accounting/auditing firms like PWC, Etc. Good luck.
