people coming out to support a person who has subjected Many Nigerians to Poverty

Coming out to support a person who was Internationally termed as Lifeless

Coming out to cheer a person who is a dullard with only a false WAEC result

Coming out to support a person who disgraces Nigerians Anytime he's on Live TV

Buhari is not the problem of Nigeria, Nigerians Are

Good evening people. I would like to know the cut off mark for medicine this year for UNN for both UTME and PUME. And what would their PUME be like what is the subject combination. Would maths be presenthuhhuhhuhhuhhuhhuh?
The cut off mark is a little bit high, its pegged at 327, yeah, that's because the post UTME (2018) was a little bit easier than the UTME conducted by JAMB, so many scored high marks.

The post UTME (2018) was comprised of 68 questions (17 from each of your four Subjects[English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology], which you are expected to answer 15 each) Maths Won't be present

firstolalekan:
It's definitely about bias.
Check the most chosen school in jamb, you won't find unn in 1st 3. That's a typical problem there, but they'll start wailing when ui or Unilag deny dem admission.
This people are very intolerant to others but to Lagos and kano and see them forming landlord...
Check and compare the ratio of Igbo students in Unilag and Abu to Yoruba or hausa/Fulani students in unn and be the judge.
You tried to sound reasonable but you ended up advertising your Ignorance, UNN ELDS( educationally less developed states) cut off mark is usually lower than that of Catchment, Hausas/Yourbas usually don't apply for UNN that's why their population is almost negligible

next time get your facts right before you come online to give people a dose of your Ignorance

Unn ain't transparent at all
Applied on 2018
Scored 302 jamb
Post utme 313
Didn't get med
Med & Surg cut off mark for 2018 is 327, your aggregate is 307.5

Admission into Medicine is too competitive and strict, I know of some people with 322 ± 1 aggregate, but are given dentistry instead, besides, which course were you given?

I was actually considering UI, UNN and OAU.
Sorry to ask, but do you have an idea about the admission process(es) of NDU, UNIPORT and UNICAL?

I've never really considered BUK, plus I've never really hit the 300 benchmark before - around 280 - 290 - but I will now. Thank you so much.
I don't really know about their admission process, but I think @Benjax and @Chukwukapromise will know or have a hint about that of UNICAL and UNIPORT respectively
Education › Re: The Best Universities (public And Private) In Nigeria For MBBS? by khingTony(m): 12:45pm On Jan 16, 2019
Most public universities(federal) are credible in terms of admission, given that you are able to score high and beat their cut off mark, state universities may be bias (if you are not an indigene), but surely you won't be denied Admission if you get what is expected of you. i don't really know of private universities

Well, based on what I'm familiar with, I've confirmed the credibility of the following public universities

UNN - Admission process so transparent, but very competitive, during the previous admission, cut off mark was 327

UNILAG - transparent but competitive too, last cut off mark was 81.75%

UI - Transparent and also competitive

BUK - Transparent and not too competitive, if you can hit 300+ in JAMB you are sure of getting in.

Education › Re: ASUU Strike Has Nothing To Do With Student's Welfare by khingTony(m): 9:33am On Jan 16, 2019
pascal558:
You that know everything tell me one direct or indirect benefits of ASUU to studentshuh? How will a student excel when after the strike they return to schools with rusty brains!! Check rankings, private universities are taking over and ASUU will likely relate that to the lack of facilities, when most of their lecturers still lecture with 1956 lecture notes, or is it the part where they go on strikes and students have to forget their study for as long as the strie lastshuh What about the few facilities that they have, how do they treat it?? Do they maintain them or act like its non of their business?? I dont know why you are defending these guys, but anyone who attended a public school will know what i am saying, go to these universities and see how they are wasting funds, some even build lecture theatres that they will not use, and yet there are lecture theatres without chairs why not channel the money used in building what you wont use to maintain the one u have?? Then i discovered that it was an avenue to siphon money.... ASUU has same epidemic as the Nigerian government !!
Like I said previously, You know nothing of what you are saying, The lecturers are also affected by the strike, because they will have to do what they haven't done, rush things up and of course they'll have more workload so that they will not overstretch the school Calendar and stuffs.

Who told you the lecturers are happy to teach with outdated and obsolete devices or facilities? I don't know which school you attend, but in my school, they don't construct lecture theatres they will not make use of. It's the duty of the vice chancellors through other non teaching staffs to maintain the facilities/ lecture halls and not the duty of the lecturers, Lecturers teach / hold practicals all day, give tests/ Exams and mark the scripts of over 100 students with their hands and as if their work is not enough, you still want them to maintain lecture halls for you? you are pathetic.

I admit, the lecturers have flaws, the students also have, It's the duty of the FG to fund public Universities, because of the rot in the universities, ASUU goes on strike Annually to forcefully get the funds from the FG, but the Federal government are always reluctant to do so. You should blame the government and not the lecturers. And next time, get your facts right before you come online to spill trash, besides your opinion is Inconsequential

loool, try me!!! Certain things should not be said online, federal school get funds, and some of these schools engage in one or two business aswell.. I am reinterating that the strike is not for our students, how many lectur theatres have been constructed by ASUU since the several years of their strikehuh I think someone need to lookup the meaning of ARREARS in a dictionary, and then you will understand what ASUU in really clamouring for!
ASUU constructing lecture theatres?, I just realised you know nothing of what you are saying

Funds released for Salary arrears and earned allowances are distributed to ASUU members, while the funds released for the purpose of revitalising universities are released to the institutions/VCs

Saraki knows he has lost Kwara.

Only our brothers and sisters from across the Niger think otherwise.

The funny thing is, all those they have supported since 2015 have lost.

They only know how to make noise online. They are very very very good at that.

Like someone said in the past, if you want to win an election, pay the Igbos not to support you in the contest grin grin grin
The Igbos supported GEJ in 2011 and he won

Buhari is not the problem of Nigeria, rather, his supporters
