That is true i travel with the ibani-se boat regularly. The road that the passengers are meant to use have been blocked with benches that sit two people and so even on a normal day exitting the boat is hard even gaining entry cause ur will have to start crossing benches. And as for the life jackets you see, most times it is not used and thats the truth.
