I used to suffer same many many years ago. What I used to do then was that I do not eat before I embark on a journey. An uncle of mine later asked me to swallow a tea spoon of petrol which I declined absolutely. One faithful day, I was trying to siphon fuel from my dads car, gues what happen, i did not only swallow the petrol, it went through my nose and even my ears and that was the end of my travel sickness. |

Just tot I should drop this. I just seem to like DYT a lot. From the first day I saw her handle "DYT" I always am interested in her posts. Her posts may not be the most informative, however, you always see the sincerity in them. Another thing I like about her is that she seems to me like a very real person, no faking. Finally, she is always bold to add her lovely pics to her profile, pictures that portrays a woman with a very beautiful heart. |
Know what? @ mayflowa You sent them on an errand and they came back saying no compromise and what do you think that means? What other explanation do you want |
@ styike or whatever you don't have to worry if you are not corrupt. Don't start peddling ideas that weeken the mind |

The issue here is that most of the time, even the GTB staffs don't understand their process so well (this baffles me till today though). Imagine this; i had a loan running with them and when i wanted to find out my outstanding in order for me to offset, i called in at a branch and was told a particular figure, then i instructed my account officer by mail to offset the loan, only for her to call me that i did not have enough funds to offset because my outstanding was another amount. Then i asked why the discrepancies from thesame bank? no helpful answer!!!!!!! In my curiosity i called the customer care line, this was even worse as the CSO could not give any information after taking me through series of questions. For those complaining about the thread derailing, we can assess segun's performance based on the services provided by his bank, so in plain english, he still has work to do. |
I thought i was the only one who has noticed this trend, i recently trransfered 2K plus pounds to the Uk and instructed that all charges be taken from my naira account. I was suprised when the money was transfered 12 pounds less, my naira account was charged and 25pounds was deducted from my pound dorm account. I know i need to pay charges, but i'm sure it does not make sense to pay inexplainable or untraceable charges. GTB needs to wake up on this because it rubs off on their professed integrity. |
