Unfortunately, the manager was fired. The manager was used as a sacrificial lamb for the company's goodwill. I still fault the manager for engaging in that conversation over recordable media. He/She should have just asked the employee to put her request in writing and wish the son well. The company would have quoted policy to address the situation ASAP.
If you notice, the company did not say what the manager said was wrong, they only said he/she did not handle the situation well and without compassion.
Lesson's learnt: Don't get caught up between your company and the fight for it's public image, you will be thrown under the bus.

I gather from the conversation that the employee has previous episodes of not coming to work due to other probable excuses. Even though her boss kept the chat going on for too long, however, he was right. In his shoes, i would have asked her to send an official email and shown some empathy. The boss took it a little too personal which could have been due to the employee's past records.
As an employee, you don't need to blackmail your boss or employer with your personal problem. Leave room for people to empathize with you, don't force your problem on people.
The employee in this case is exploitative.

Hello Kidsam, I am not sure about its maintenance, my uncle had the first generation the 2006 to be precise and he told me the engine is sound and have never been worked on throughout the time he used it but the front wheels were constant problem which I read have been corrected on the second generation. I have seen tons of videos and I think I will ask Gazzuzz on here he seems really good with cars or you could ask him. I am hoping it a good ride as I am in love with the FX. I will continues to research before the end of the month which I plan on buying it.
If you also find any thing useful kindly share please.

Thanks for your response teesoft02, I recall reading one of gazzuzz's thread where someone asked his opinion and he said something like he can go ahead if he has the mind or something like that.
I've read several reviews and it seems a very reliable car though, just some complaints about the transmission misbehaving but I also learnt there was some program upgrade to fix the issue. Apart from these nothing scary about the ride.
I will continue my research and update.
