Her statement remains ambiguous. How do you interpret "reasonable ground"? They require an injunction or warrant to search your private property in which your phone is one.
So coming on air to spew a subjective statement like "a police man has no right to search your phone unless there is a reasonable reason to do so" does not mean anything.
