The answer is obvious COCOA - all the 2.5B dollars of cocoa money is kept locally & multiplied or circulated- while only 1B dollars of Oil really circulate to the economy.And it doesn't even circulate efficiently - it goes to gov coffers- and we know "all" govs are not efficient distributors of wealth. I've said it before and I'll repeat: RSA looks good in SSA. In the real world among even 2nd world nations like Brazil, Mexico or Thailand it's indices; GDP per capita, longevity etc, etc are typically African.
