For example..
There are some couple that have been married for 9 years without child..
They both claim to have faith in their creator..
God cannot be decieve .. Hold that point..
Due to this problem.. Both of them consult and herberlist and the herberlist consult the shrine and God gave them child through the Shrine..

Is this God that created the whole world not capable of giving them child..
