STEP 8
Go beyond closing of the Niger bridge stop all Nigerians from buying or selling in Onitsha Main market or Ariaria market in Aba.

STEP 9
Make sure u make ur Visa very hard for Nigerians.

STEP 10
This fight can be achieved without Violence just like south Sudan. Finally, make sure u dont fight it with weapons.

West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic
has called on his players to turn their
inconsistent home form around when
Chelsea visit east London on Saturday.
Bilic's side have been a surprise success
story on the road this season, winning
four and drawing the other of their five
Barclays Premier League matches away
from home in 2015-16 - a run that
includes victories at Arsenal, Liverpool and
Manchester City.
However, results on their travels contrast
sharply with those in front of their own
fans, with just four points taken from as
many outings.
In the club's last season before their move
to the Olympic Stadium, it is hardly the
send-off the West Ham faithful would have
wanted for the famous old Boleyn Ground,
and Bilic is keen to turn things around.
"We have to improve our home form," he
said at a pre-match news conference on
Thursday. "We have to be more patient
when we play at home. We are going to
try to continue to play good football. With
a bit of luck and staying away from
injuries we have a chance in every game.
"Every game in the Premier League is
extremely dangerous. All the opponents
are top class.
"I want my team to shoot more,
sometimes we wait too much in a clear-
cut situation. You have to try your luck
around the box. We don't have to do it
better. We need to do it more."
Recent history is not on West Ham's side,
however, as they have won just one of
their last 18 BPL meetings with Chelsea.
Bilic will be without defender Winston
Reid (back), while on-loan winger Victor
Moses is ineligible to face his parent club.

last year, Chelsea have struggled in the
start of their defence this time around
with just three wins from the first nine
matches.
Jose Mourinho's side drew 0-0 at Dynamo
Kiev in the UEFA Champions League on

Chelsea will host Arsenal in the week 6 of EPL on Sep19th.Chelsea lost scandalously to Everton 3-1 and Arsenal won 2-0 to go third on the table.The game will be explosive,with Chelsea trying to get back to the winning way,after loosing three games.

After suffering a shocking defeat in the Champions League, Arsenal will hope to bounce back against PL champions Chelsea when the two teams collide on Saturday afternoon.

Manager Arsene Wenger made a host of changes during the midweek game against Dinamo Zagreb and the stars should return to the starting XI for the all important clash vs the Blues.

Chelsea lost their last two league games whereas Arsenal won theirs. Mourinho’s men are already six points behind the Gunners and another defeat will be disastrous.

As far as Arsenal’s team news is concerned, the likes of Bellerin and Monreal will probably return to the starting XI to occupy the fullback positions against Chelsea. Former Chelsea superstar Petr Cech should replace Ospina in goal.

Aaron Ramsey was rested for the midweek game and should return to replace Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the starting lineup. Coquelin must replace captain Arteta and Theo Walcott may start as the lone striker upfront in place of Giroud.

It seems like an unfortunate time to be facing a fellow Barclays Premier League heavyweight, with Arsenal visiting Stamford Bridge this weekend, but Mourinho boasts an impressive record when Gunners manager Arsene Wenger is in the opposition dugout.
In their 10 previous BPL meetings, Wenger has never tasted victory over Mourinho. Six of the matches have ended all square but the cruellest blow came when Chelsea dealt out a 6-0 defeat to sour the Frenchman's 1,000th match in charge of Arsenal.
Mourinho will hope his mastery of this fixture holds firm as a trip to Newcastle United follows.

This is beyond WICKEDNESS. The only thing the police IG can do to say he isn’t in support of this or this will never be tolerated in the Nigerian Police Force is for this man to be dismissed and prosecuted. Sometimes things like this needs to be done so that it never repeats itself and so that others can learn from it. Being a police man does not make you superior than other citizens. Following with keen interest. This is one of the reasons naija league no get head.
When all over the world this week is free because of international engagements our league is on.
This is not far from why Super eagles lacks quality and competitive spirit. We cant get the talent locally because of dying league packages.
Super eagles played yesterday, over 120million Nig couldn't view the match because useless South African company (dstv)hijacked it. Meanwhile NTA sports were busy show Lile vs lyon old match.
