I have never been in a relationship before, all my life was for pay as you go in since I was a teenager to this moment because I always wanted it easy and stress free..

First it seems like a flex, sampling different flavours from one brothel to another, hookups and all. Till it turned an habit that I can't stop.

Now I am more mature going in my 40s with nothing to show for it all these year's. I just can't stop myself, Is this how I am going to live my life till old age.

Every week I know how much comes out from my account for sex and I am so tired and wish I would stop. My high end tastes doesn't help matters at all..I can't even save anymore. 40k for short, 80k for daybreak. Not talking about transportation and other necessity, Is this how expensive sex is supposed to be for a man.

I know some people who are in relationships will say if I get a girlfriend it still expensive but I really doubt so.. when I go 3 to 4 times in a week not even calculating the amount spent in a month. This is a cry of a man in pains, I need help on how to overcome this challenge.

DoTheNeedful:
It happens every time. That said, you need to upgrade yourself too. I am talking from personal experience and that of many people I know.
I came from a humble (not really poor) background. I studied at two federal universities in Nigeria, even worked in Nigeria for some time. My big leap came after I got a funding to do a Ph.D. in the US. From that moment, my social standing improved. I got married to a lady from a "rich" background, with double Ivy-league degrees, who is also a professional.

This would never had happened if I was comfortable with my previous state in Nigeria. My story is not unique. I have seen many similar stories to mine.

By the way, I have never made marry into a rich family a priority of mine. I would not advise anyone to do so. Just focus on upgrading yourself.
Thank you broski, advise much appreciated

Even for nollywood, they don't show movies like that again. Which makes me wonder if there has been changes. like can it happen
FamilyWhat Are The Chances Of Man From Poor Background Marrying Into A Wealthy Family? by KiNg0G(op): 4:51pm On Aug 26, 2025
As a man from a poor background struggling day and night trying to make ends meet in his early youth age is there any chances he can one day get to marry a wealthy lady in the future unexpectedly.

I mean we have so many wealthy people in nigeria, go to the north, the west and even the east. Generational wealths, politicians, companies owners, car dealers, rich rich folks like I can't help to think who do their daughter's marry to.

This baffles me so much, Will it be possible for a bricklayer to get married to the daughter of a senator Just for once one day in Nigeria. Or a phone repairer getting married to a daddy go daughter and more

I'm asking this questions for myself because of the dream I had few years ago about the wealthy family I married into, that's why I am still single waiting.
Pls advise me if I am wasting my time or it might one day come to pass. I should still hold on

Music/RadioTop 3 Mistakes Nigerian Upcoming Musicians Make While Being Wave Of The Moment by KiNg0G(op): 11:00pm On Aug 12, 2025
I want blow, I want blow and when they finally do, so many artists give it away within a twinkle of an eye unknownly just because of this three common mistakes they mostly make... then they become irrelevant or one hit makers.

3) Letting everyone know they are FREESTYLERS

I see so many upcoming musicians since they got a new song banging in the country, once invited to podcasts and live shows they start flexing muscles that majority of their songs are not written, they just go to the studio jump on a beat and within a second..viola their huge bangers were made...like bro honestly.. you get sense at all? I know it's a flex and all that, trying to prove they are good at what they do but at the same time not knowing they are demarketting themselves and career in the long run... because no sensible human would want to sit down and listen to an album that was made within ten minutes tallkless putting it on repeats.. thinking you probably were influenced with drugs and alcohol when you sang them. few years to come it always affect them. abi you freestyle pass terry G??

As much as been talented in freestyling is nice so it's also good for an artist to have a good pen game to produce lyrics with substance...kudos to omah lay your face show and respect to the legendary 2baba your footprints clear.

2) Overdoing too much

As an upcoming artist on the bigger stage, I get it your the wave at the moment, getting recognition here and there. Fans playing your song on repeat.
We all know the life span of a hit song in Nigeria is less than 3weeks or so. yes I get it you want to stay relevant but doing all sorts of irrelevant stuffs won't keep you there. You see them thinking of ways to bring new dance steps, controversies, unnecessary beefs, giving their newly found fans new names and even to the extend for some of them attaching cultism to their Brands all because of gathering fanbase. Why do too much and it's just so upsetting to see because they care more for the "CELEBRITY STATUS" than the talent in them. forgetting they came to meet people who are far better than them still at the top and more still coming from the bottom...my southern people say Akpo iroro (life na sense)

1) Getting features from bigger superstars

This is the most annoying and important of them all. Once you see an upcoming musician making wave in Nigeria just watch out the next week or two they are bringing out a song he has done with one of the BIG 3. instead of going into the studio and showing the fans more of his brand they will be thinking on how to dine with their elders without washing their hands clean. once again chasing that celebrity status instead of their craft.

This is so sad because I have seen so many young promising artists make this same mistake over and over again just because they want the quick way celebrity lifestyle so bad to get more fanbase. When they are supposed to settle down and perfect their style.

they do think because they got one hit song making wave at the moment, oh boy they've arrived and ready to dine with the bigger fish. So many lights has been deemed and career's ended just because of this mistake. Where is "if we nor get money watin we gain o " where is "osinachi crooner" the list can go on and on.

I am not saying getting featured by a super duper star at an early stage is outrightly bad... nah.. but before you do that ask yourself this question. if I wasn't the wave at the moment would it have been possible?
The ball is already in your hands and you alone can determine how you want to play it. Why the hurry when you are already on radar? Mind you the odds on that feature is 100 to 1. No matter how good you want to impress it's already against you..and when you flop that's the end of it all. You will just been seen as a normal mid artist and from there it's already too late..why because you fell for the trap.

RomanceI'm Addicted To Prostitutes Now I'm Close To 40 by KiNg0G(op): 4:29pm On Jun 24, 2025
To be sincere I got disvirgined by prostitute while back when I was still in secondary school Jss2 to be precise. I still remember that day clearly I met with one of my class mate who took it upon himself to show me different joints since that day my life has never been the same.

I don't approach women not like I can't but I find it stressful when I could just go to a joint and pay to be serviced.

Years has gone pass I have graduated from arshawol joints to hook ups which we all know is very expensive. It's not like I can't keep up with the lifestyle but I am tired of having to live this way year in and year out with no changes.

Every morning when I wake up with a different girl beside me I feel emptiness within me like a loser. I might decide to stop but immediately as time goes I relapse.. it's almost like I have been programmed this way.

All my age groups are married with kids of their own but I keep on dumping mine in condoms every night.

FamilyPlease Help!! I Use People Too Much by KiNg0G(op): 6:25pm On Jun 16, 2025
Right from time I have always been a user, care less about people but myself and whenever I get into trouble I always expect others to help me out and I do get into trouble and they certainly will. As soon as I get what I want. I seem to forget about all their good deeds until I get into another trouble or needs a help out.

Now that I'm an adult it's gotten more worst, I find myself doing stuffs just to satisfy my own pleasures, my own selfish gains but something happened yesterday that no one I know was able to help me out.

I was angry at first then I came to my senses those people I called I haven't even done one bit of favour for them but they have for me several times.

It dawned on me that I am a user who rely on people to help me out all the time.I hate this character and i want to change for good.

CelebritiesWizkid And Davido Were Lucky Runtown Didn't Take Music Serious : Opinion by KiNg0G(op): 11:07am On Mar 16, 2025
In football we've all had messi, ronaldo, maradona, zidane just like nigeria music entertainment industry the comparison between wizkid and Davido has been on since the peak of their career not until RUNTOWN came into the picture 2014, 15, 16 and 17. He was so good with his Craft, catchy beats, melodic intro and lyrically sweet vocals over those years that everyone was wondering who is this guy with a different kind of AFRO Love SOUND entirely.. RUNTOWN fell out when he had a feud with his record label over contract termination and rules breaking something that could have been resolved amicably was dragged to legal proceedings for years. (A sad move)

They've been a kid on social media who said he didn't know him even called him an upcoming musician. One could fumed with anger so bad watching the video seeing the disrespect because when RUNTOWN came out he single handedly had wizkid and Davido on a pause for a while. Mad over you was a song played over the africa continent by DJs in clubs, parties, phones that's trended so long everytime it's comes on..same with other hit songs. If only RUNTOWN was serious with his Craft he would have opted for a settlement with his record label and just maybe he definitely would have been among the big3 discussion to this day.

CelebritiesFact Check: Was Naira Marley Really Cancelled? Pic by KiNg0G(op):
We all remember during the time of mohbah and how several clips emerges of how he was bullied by ssam anini and his own videos and songs about marlians laBel and all that but unfortunately he lost his life.. during that time alot of Nigerians called for the cancellation of his record label boss nairamarley because of heavy emotions and heavy hearts months goes by autopsy was conducted and according to the police nairamarley was vindicated that he indeed had no hand in what led to mohbah demise despite them having label rift..but still As a music analyst I can't help but to think WAS NAIRA MARLEY REALLY CANCELLED BY NIGERIANS?.

I mean we saw how black sheriff was cancelled and how it affected his career to this day but to me naira marley wasn't really cancelled. Even though all the saga slowed his career and the marlians movement generally which was normal thing...we always knew he can't be cancel as long he's a Nigerian son of the soil it's just not possible. Naira marley is one of those artist that has a unique sound that nigeria will miss if he decides not to do music again..Alot of us were just waiting sitting on the sidelines for him to release a banger the public are back to his soundtrack which they currently are....let that puccee drip...tatatata.. hahaha

So to end it all Nigerians can't cancel it's own..
A Father can't disown his son no matter what we only see that in nollywood.
Now let's go back to reality

Music/RadioHow Does Grammy Work? by KiNg0G(op): 9:53am On Feb 03, 2025
This is so surprising that I still can't figure out how it works as one of Nigeria pro musical analyst.

You would see favorite musicians nominated for a top category and it's glaring clear who's winning it due to its work and hit songs trending past and present.

On the D day of the event and the winner is......to someone you didn't even thought would win. Like I just don't understand, how can someone who wins a Grammy the songs are barely played in their own country just because they are streamed in the usa they carry awards to them. Is that the only criteria?

Meanwhile in Nigeria where they are from people barely even know them just one or two hit tracks, meanwhile the real popular musician is left hanging like I still don't understand.

Does this have to do with international features? Votes or nepotism. Or Is it an award made for americans alone? I would really like to know..

CelebritiesTop 5 Ways Nigerian Musicians Use To Retain Their Popularity By King0g by KiNg0G(op): 11:51am On Jan 23, 2025
Hi all, it's king0G and I'm back again year in and year out with my interesting post, reveals and analysis about the nigeria music entertainment industry as a "Deep thinker" not every nigerian is unintelligent and daft as verydarkman thinks.... smile.
As a Nigerian musician blowing is really not the issue alot have done it but can you sustain yourself at the top when you do? That's the koko. I'm here to reveal the top 5 ways Nigerian musicians used to maintain their popularity status in decades and you may have been wondering how... drumroll pls!

UNNECESSARY BEEFS

This is one of the most common way done by this musicians, alot of them use social media as their handle to start up beefs because they know people will talk about it, yet making them known they still in the game. Sometimes it's so annoying because they think the fans are fools they are just trying to revive their declining career mostly when they trying to drop a new album and it's all mostly arranged beefs and quarrel's. It's getting stale and too obvious atleast they neeed to try new tactics. You might wake up one morning log in your social media accounts and see a old musician ranting online towards another musician..oya what's the issue so you can atleast make sense of it. They won't say.. viola the fans carried it around and he's back to mainstream.

CONTROVERSIES

This is just like the first but it's more advanced..I mean who would have thought portable will still be around till this day? From jumping fence, allegedly forming a group, purchasing car on credit, having quarrels with baby mamas and alot more..Everyone wrote him off but dude just knows how to capitalize on all the controversies surrounding him and turning it to his favor.. bro have had songs with several artist even international musicians and might even get a grammy soon portable didn't have to fake his own death not even once while others did it twice or more yet it gave them no impacts. Surprising right? Well portable has my respect for this and nigerians have already accepted him for "who he is" and I see him been there for years to come as a legend.

CONTROL VERSE.. SEE

I know you might been thinking what I just wrote, it's wordplays with meaning..hold on for a sec lemme explain!
you see alot of old musicians they are so good with the talents and it never dies that when they gets featured by musicians they control the entire songs, melody, and everything and you will just be wondering where have they been all this while and how good they are..these guys so good and by that they pick up again from there and viola they are back to the mainstream just like that. They 'control their verse" (control verse) see bro, they control the songs in fact they do so well outperforming the other musician on the song even if they also did well too. A good example of this was psquare ft lagbaja unlimited.... when that song was released we all saw a legend who did his work perfectly well that till today he made me fancy fuji music...GBADDEEEEE

JUMPING ON TREND'S

No matter what, nothing last forever. Era comes and era ends..the music we have today not the same as 2010 or 2000s but still they are some musicians that have learnt to adapt to different era despite the difficulties and yet their counterpart cants. That's what makes them uniques we got a few but the most noticeable is timaya. He really didn't have turn a record label owner, show promoter to be where he is today or gifting millions of nairas to online activist to make the news. Timaya just make music's, adapts to the patterns of beats and melodies created by this genzs and he's still there in the top balling real hard. Much respect to him.

ROLLING WITH UPCOMING STARS

This is very common with one of the big 3 easily granting features, access and remix on hit songs by upcoming and trending musicians. You might think they doing that musician a favor because he's an upcoming artist ,.giving him more publicity that's not entirely true, now hold on let me explain. They just trying to stay and remain relevant at the top because they know that remix would be streamed more and might even blow more than the original while they are in it, therefore getting more accolades and adding to their CV. so tell me honestly who is doing each other a favor?
This affects alot of upcoming musicians because they can't produce another hits songs.. the one they already had, they rushed to get a bigger star on it. The fact that you had a hit song that blow doesn't mean your next song you must have a big name feature on it.. That superstar big name musician will gladly accept because you are trending and it's always about who is hot right now. That's why I had underlying respect to Omah lay bro did it by himself.

HE THINKS All NIGERIANS ARE FOOLS AND GULLIBLE ALL THE TIME

If you do watch his video most of all the times it's 90% certian you would see him use that statement..like come on bro. We all know that they are so many uneducated folk's using the internet buh outside of the country in europe nigerians are know as one of the most learned and smartest thinkers, people in the world today. We can't be having you coming online to call us fools or look at us as fools all the time.. which is very wrong. He did played a prank saying someone hacked the ngo account and made away with millions of naira.. when I watched it the first thing I did was smile and said he was joking and I know so many nigerians felt that same way. buh bro came online and started cursing people saying they are fools and easy to deceive but I'm so certian alot of Nigerians deep down really didn't fall for it buh he thinks otherwise.

HE LIKES BEING ON THE OPPOSITE SIDES WHEN ISSUES ARISES

if you are a deep observer you would notice vdm likes being on the opposite most times an issue arises just to say he's a different thinker, not a crowd wagon. He doesn't mind if he's wrong or right, I noticed once he sees Nigerians are upset about a particular issue, he finds a way to twist it to another narrative thereby leading people to think they maybe wrong. He normally says he doesn't follow crowd mentality which I understand, but vdm sometimes the majority you see maybe right...take a look at the anambra and efcc case going on right now, alot of people are surprise by his response trying to twist things despite the efcc boss coming out to say raiding people at 3am was very wrong and it has been banned buh still he vdm still has a way to twist it that raids can be carried at anytime despite proper investigations or warrants.

HE PLAYS TWO SIDES

observing vdm over the years it brings me to some laws in robert green book, 48 laws of power and it just so obvious that some people still don't see it. Vdm doesn't commit to no one.. you might think police his is enemy despite all the court cases and detentions and charges but your wrong. You might think yahoo boys his is enemy still wrong, numerous times he has come for politicians on some of his videos.. that efcc should go for the politicians the bigger thiefs and not yahoo boys. And he recently supported seyi tinubu as an upcoming governor in Lagos State if he contest. So bro knows how to play the chest game, different sides but sometimes he does it openly and it's starting to seem obvious and many people are taking it as a manipulative tactics that suits himself and all that.

So my people I leave with this and I hope this gets to vdm one way or the other, I love his work I support him but what I can say is no one is perfect and we learn everyday.

Just imagine how they died the case and even dismissed it in court... while those other elite murderous kids got away with it easily
If this happened in the west it won't have ended this way.. they would have been huge sum of compensation from the school, with it closed down or properly regulated..while those kids involved place in juvenile cell for some years.. then probably tried as an adult again when they mature.
