How are u sure I was in support of Oba Akiolu? Do u even know me? FYI I speak Igbo like 70% satisfactorily, my GF is Igbo, I have many Igbo friends and colleagues at work who are nice people, i love Nkem owoh, chidinma, phyno, flavour, Mr Ibu, Runtown, Chris Ngige, Owelle Rochas okorocha, willie obiano and other igbos who are true Nigerians!! but I hate most of the ones I see on NL, like they're another breed of Igbos!! if their comments and opinions on NL is the True mindset of majority igbos then its dangerous to their health.

My fellow Biafran brothers, the 30th of May is and will always be the date our dear country was declared an independent state. It should be a day to remember all our fallen heroes who gave their lives up for the land of the rising sun.
PoliticsRe: What Do We Do About Ohaneze? (strictly Igbos Only Please) by kingbasil: 6:52pm On May 08, 2015
Ibe anyi ekene m unu o...

We have a proverb in igbo land that says ' otu aka luta mmanu, o me tosie Ndi ozo'. Because of the selfish nature of the elders we have in the said group, it just seems that we as a people have lost it totally due to the actions of these people. A saying goes like this 'ugwu bu nkwanyelu nkwanyelu, we have respected the leadership of the said group totally but have received none. It's time we stopped going with what ohaneze decides for Igboland because in the end their decisions always ends with the igbos being seen as greedy and visionless. If I have my way I would call for the disbandment of the group because there has been no positive impact of the group in the lives of ndiigbo in general. We on this forum can only do what we do best by delibrating and believing for a better condition for our people.
PoliticsRe: The Most Corrupt Tribe In Nigeria by kingbasil: 1:52pm On May 08, 2015

All through the campaign, i listened to the station, i never heard them say anything against gej the president of "evil Nigeria" as they claim but they were all over buhari.

RomanceRe: What Does It Take A Non-igbo To Marry An Educated Igbo From Awka, Anambra State by kingbasil: 10:01am On Apr 30, 2015
I cannot believe that Igbo youths are not really conversant with the culture and norms of marriage in igboland. Be it as it may as per the Op's question I advice you to meet with the parents or kinsmen of your girl... they are the ones who will tell you how it's done...and for the debate on the one million naira bride Price in Anambra state, it's not true... depending on the girls parents in question you as a potential suitor might not really spend above 2k as the bride Price but the rites included(ime ego nwanyi) might cost you like 100k. That is excluding the igba nkwu nwanyi(traditional wedding proper).
