Another one is this: have received so much emails like this for like a month now with fake tracking no for delivery of items. Don't ever click rather right down the tracking no and visit the official site of FedEx ,UPS or any courier service mentioned should in case you are truely expecting a package and input the tracking no to confirm the authenticity. If you click, consider your mail hacked.

Hello!

After I read about someone's revelation on new scam method in town, I just learnt and passed.

That night, a friend called me, saying she lost al her life savings to Scammers. And it was same method I read here.

I felt bad and guilty because I was supposed to create awareness of the scam method I read here.

Most people are still about to fall victim. That's why I opened this thread.

All you have to do is to update it with old and new scam methods Scammers use now. I believe search engines will direct people to this thread when they want to know.

Scammers here may not like this thread, but please, let's flood here with their methods and tactics so that the public, users and guest will learn.

Thanks.
Mods, please move to fp for a wider suggestion and views.

Business / Advice Needed Urgently - Please by KingClavi(m): 9:40pm On Dec 18, 2022
Greetings all!

I seriously need advice here before I take decisions.

I'm a serving Corps Member somewhere in the south eastern part of Nigeria.

Few days ago, someone informed me that he wants to rent out his farm. This farm can be used for poultry, fishery and agriculture too. Attached below is a screenshot of the specifications.

He wants to rent it out for ₦600,000 annually with its facilities.

Since I don't have that kind of money for rent, I'll end up looking for where to borrow money from to get (Not decided yet)

I'm still wondering if I'll be able to make annual profit that can cover the rent, expenses and the welfare of the facilities.

Business Pros in the house, help me please.
I need advice please.

Greatzeus:

You as a corper earns more than some who do 8-8pm jobs, despite the fact you close at your PPA by 2pm,and don't go some days during the week. Yet complaining of being broke.
Typical lazy Nigerian youth, what do you do with your time? In this internet age were many make a living by offering skills to people around the world using their smart phone.
Oh let's blame government again for you being a lazy, entitled as s, mtcheeew undecided

Should there be a different lesson for people to teach them how to speak in public, politely?

Can't you hold a straight conversation without insults?

Nawa o..

Anyways, I go to work by 7:30am and close by 5pm

The sentence above should at least counter your thoughts about me. Cheers.

For the past days now, I've not been able to afford anything, no hope from anywhere at all, just trust in God.

These few days, I know how I feel inwardly and tries my best to stay out of trouble or provocative arguments.

But amidst these feelings, I still worry about how men with children and probably a wife, cope in today's Nigeria.

I'm not married, neither do I have children or living with anyone. Just that NYSC is happening to me and I'm seeing what seems to be like "shege" already.

This evening, I just decided to check if miracle could happen to my bank account. LOL, UBA never disappointed me.

So guys, how do you guys cope?

Agriculture / Broiler Breed Feed And Super Layer Feed Production by KingClavi(m): 2:12pm On Oct 22, 2022
If you run a poultry farm, you will agree with me that one of the challenges faced is basically buying of feeds.

It can be very frustrating when you realize that you no longer have money to buy feeds for your birds. Which may lead to starving the birds and maybe, selling off your birds.

I want to sell a knowledge to you for as low as ₦2,000

I paid huge amount of money to learn this and as a Corper, I'm currently working in one of the biggest feed producing company in Nigeria.

If you are interested in learning how to produce feeds for broilers from (STARTERS, GROWERS, FINISHERS) and even Super Layers( Which makes your broilers lay hundreds of eggs weekly), write me an email.

I'll give you a total breakdown of the materials needed with the exact measurements including the minerals/vitamins premix.

A step by step application used in producing upto 1 ton which is equivalent to 40 bags of 25kg pelleted feed.

If you wish to setup a poultry feed production plant for commercial production, you may also contact me.

I was on my farm one day and dreamt that all my cassava was bitter leaf. I used to grow it as a child, and made a fence with it in front of the house, so all I could think of when I woke up was money, especially after seeing like 5 leaves or so for N100. Fortunately, my farm is by a huge lake, so I have water all year round.

Farming is like magic. You put a tiny seed in the ground, add some sweat from your brow to it and in a few months a bumper crop a hundredfold is there for the reaping.

I guess fish is the same, though the investment might be more.

Very true

We are gradually entering the phase of "survival of the fittest" in Nigeria.

This is the reason people go out there to acquire skills or learn handiworks.

How do you intend to make extra money this period? Agriculture.

Yes. Look into that sector now. You can use an empty space in your compound to cultivate cash crops.

But if you have money to buy trampoline tanks for fish farming, I can teach you how to start a fish farm with atleast 200 fingerlings which may cost ₦20,000 or less to acquire. Then you feed them till December and sell for ₦200,000.

You may also learn how to make fish feeds yourself to avoid wasting money on feeds too.

If this interests you, notify me.

Business / How Do I Start Up This Business? by KingClavi(m): 6:27pm On Aug 11, 2022
Greetings all!

I trust you are doing great. Okay, firstly I want to announce that today is my Birthday.

Secondly, I want to startup a small business to support myself and give back to my family and society at large.

I'm a Corper serving in Enugu State. I've calculated the way my monthly allowance will be spent and I realize that if I decide to save up the money and use it after my service year, I may die of ulcer.

Also, if I decide to live by pay-as-you-go, I may not start up the business again, judging from the cost of living in Nigeria.

NB:
I'm fending for myself here.

So, I've decided to start a mass production of Disinfectants, Soaps and Creams, to supply in markets.

But I don't have money to startup.

So, I'm looking for a kindhearted NL'er who would lend me some money while I create a repayment plan from my monthly allowance before the business starts.

Or, if you have any other idea, you can help me with it.

Thanks.

Hello NL.

How are you guys?

I just wish to announce that I've finally rented a single room here in Enugu.

I know the internet saves memories and reminds us later. Let me just celebrate this milestone today hoping for a better tomorrow.

But guys, catering for oneself away from home is not really easy.

Imagine, me thinking of how and when to eat food for it to last till evening. Lol

Nawa o!

I'm happy sha

Even if it is #5000,it will definitely not be in that kind of low budget eatry with the plastic chair peeling away like the teeth of my igwe.
You will get silly Prices like that in well furnished and sophisticated restaurants and eatries, not this kind "Chinwe and daughters" food canteen.

Dj! 1 keg of palmwine for me and add 2 plate of palmwine.
Barman! Play me "I no fit believe am" by Olu Jacob's and Nicki minaj.

But I'll finish the business tomorrow. I'll make her tag the prices of the food she served me.

And I'll come back to get the full balance
