There’s no religion anywhere in the world called "Xtian." NECO should stop disrespecting Christianity with careless abbreviations.

If you can write Literature in English in full, then you can also write Christian Religious Studies in full. Why is Christianity suddenly too long to spell?

This is not a mistake. It looks deliberate and insensitive. It shows a serious level of disregard for people’s faith. What’s even more disappointing is that Christian staff inside NECO are seeing this and keeping quiet.

It is called Christian Religious Studies (CRS), not "Xtian Religious Studies" and definitely not "XR." Write it properly, say it properly, and respect the faith of millions of Nigerians.
