Hmmm. That confession sounds like a sham! How can it take the police, a whole month to find someone, that the driver claimed to have knocked down on the 13th October? If the story were truth, won't the passerby or the commuters would have been noticing a foul smell in that area, all this while. Easier said than done. How will you argue with a man with gun, claiming their superior has said, they shouldn't be checking phones on the highway.
