I think what he was trying to point out is that the Aiyes in Benin see Benin as their stronghold while south west remains the stronghold of eiye. It's therefore an insult to them (aiye) for eiye to flex muscle with them in their 'stronghold' (Benin). Therefore aiye conf. will not rest until eiye is pursued out from Benin to South west (Yoruba dominated area). My opinion.
