Starting a tech startup? Don’t just register a business name — go for a Limited Liability Company (LTD). Here's why it matters:

An LTD protects you. If the business runs into debt or legal trouble, your personal assets (like savings or property) stay safe. The company takes the hit, not you.

It opens doors to funding. Investors, banks, and grant providers trust LTDs more — they see it as a serious, structured business.

LTDs look professional. Clients and partners are more comfortable dealing with a registered company than a business name.

Partnerships and collaborations? Registered companies are widely accepted and preferred over business names, especially in the corporate and tech world.

An LTD also makes it easy to bring in co-founders or share ownership. Plus, your company can live on even if you step away — it’s built to grow.

Go legal. Go serious. Register your startup as a Limited Liability Company today.
