Fashola, Aregbesola, Osinbajo had no careers before politics? If this your so called Prof is ask to become Minister/Vice President will she reject it? Or are you telling me that all Commissioners during Tinubu's administration as a Governor are now politicians and jobless?

The way you guys disrespect Yoruba leaders is quiet disturbing. Be careful. Do not thread this path.
Yorubas are not Fulanis/Hausas! Be really really careful!
Don’t mind the idiot
Osibanjo was a law professor at the age of 34, Fashola was one of the best young lawyers in Nigeria before 30 and became one of the youngest SANs ever in Nigeria… when it comes to unearthing talents, Tinubu is the best Nigeria has ever seen and this upper Iweka miscreant is telling us Obi is better than Tinubu because he wants to force an Igbo president into our throats

Both Obi and Tinubu were former Governors. One (Obi) was accused of investing state money in his personal business, but the other (Tinubu) created more local council development areas (LCDs) for Lagos. Obasanjo denied Lagos allocations for months due to this decision, yet the man did not own civil servant a kobo.

In terms of governance, please provide ways in which Obi supersedes Tinubu instead of making baseless allegations. Your Obi could not even curtail ordinary erosion. Tinubu created wealth from an emerging disaster. Today Eko Atlantic is Nigeria's pride. What are the landmark projects in Obi's Anambra? Guy rest and talk sport!

Your Obi owned Medical Doctors for months, did not conduct a single local govt election, accused of commissioning substandard projects etc. Those tweets by people like you about your Messiah Obi years ago are all over the internet. You can only deceive GENZs like yourself!

Fashola was Tinubu's Chief of Staff, and it would be a mischief to compare any governor from that era to him. While Lagos is making slow and steady strides, the same cannot be said of Anambra.

Tinubu will be the President for the next eight years! Make peace with that or let hate destroy you. Na you sabi!
How any sane human compares Tinubu with Obi is still baffling to me.
Seriously, Tinubu is the best Governor Nigeria has ever produced since 1999 and the only one that comes distant closer is Donald Duke.
Ask Edo people about Oshiomhole rule in Edo State, he did far more than what Obi did in Anambra and some person’s wants to tell us Obi is their savior sent from heaven to liberate Nigeria

Was it Tinubu that nosedived Nigeria economy?
Mind you, I’m not for Buhari which we all agreed failed but for Tinubu whom I believe in.

Funny you are defending a man with a criminal past and a history of siphoning public wealth.

The so called people under him to do better are those in position to help keep him in control of wealth of the public.

Have we forgotten the bullion vans, bribing delegates, siphoning drug money, alpha beta, forging school results, committing perjury by writing fake schools, lying under oath that he does not have dual nationality?

Please, stop celebrating criminality.
See this one calling another man criminal when he might be doing worse at his closets.
I won’t be surprised if you are into drugs or have a close family member that’s into illegality but praises him because he has and gives your family money

Last time I checked there were more than 25 people that aspired for presidency. Why do people always point to Peter Obi. He even came third.
Because majority of his supporters choose to be stupid and vowed whoever that doesn’t support their principal won’t have peace.

Imagine getting to such level and returning to work in school.

Not pushing career to keep looting.
She returned according to you because FG till now has not found her worthy to be given a position.
Make them call her now and tell her say them wan give her ordinary head of a FG parastatal and let’s see if she won’t leave her class room for the FG job

Professor Stella Okunna is a good example. She took a leave of absence from school to serve the Government and returned to school.

Unlike Tinubu's men who will spend the rest of their lives like their mentor feeding on public money.
What was her position under Obi government whom you claimed she served?

Reread what I wrote. Career professionals. Not career politicians that Tinubu raised.
Yeah, I understood very well but that shouldn’t stops you from answering my question.
Tinubu is a man that looks for and works towards the progress of whoever that works under him, that’s why you would see his former employees scattered everywhere in all works of life. He always wants those under him to do better and go higher than him in life, that’s why he supports them with all his might till they gets to the top.
Can same be said of your Obi?
Mention one professional or academician that has worked with Obi and today he/she is doing better supported by Obi to get there.

Peter Obi worked with career professionals and academicians. People who went back to their works after service. Not people that will spend the rest of their lives depending on siphoning money from Government.
Mention just one of these career academicians and politicians.
So he was also with career professionals and academicians when he was head of tin can port, when he was chairman or sec and also when he was governor for 8 good years?
Mr Clem Agba, current minister for state, budget and planning was a former commissioner of environment under Oshiomhole, he came from a multinational oil company to become a commissioner and today he is a minister, don’t be surprise if you sees him at World Bank tomorrow. Kindly mention a single name that has worked with Obi in all the government positions he has held that can be seen at the top today.

Look at those he has helped to different government offices and the ages they were when he supported them.

Can you just imagine. This is what happens when Political leaders weaponize ethnic hatred as a means for attaining power. This is the result.

This individual possibly has colleagues, business partners and "friends" from the same tribe that he is now vilifying. And yet at the slightest provocation, he spews what his political mentors have instilled in him without shame or remorse.

Until we make laws criminalizing hate rhetoric by political candidates, we will go nowhere. Sadly, I don't think that will ever happen, seeing as it is bearing excellent fruits for the political class.

I call on the Nairaland mods to do the needful concerning this individual and help us sanitize this thread from this sudden hate epidemic. We have no room for this here. Please help me tag the mods.

mynd44 and others, your attention is needed please.
Do you remember when Nnamdi Kanu was insulting other tribes and openly telling you Igbos guys not to attend yoruba churches? What will you call that or you were deaf and dumb then?

Tribalism is a trait that's very hard to hide. I can smell that shiit from a mile away 🤣🤣 and I must say that I'm not surprised with the recent events on this thread

It doesn't matter how smart or diplomatic you think you are or can be; you'll always be exposed and disgraced.

🤣 🤣 Your mask will be removed, your chameleon tactics will be found out and all the reputation that you've managed to build over the years will go down the drain and for what? All because of your deep-seated fear and hatred for a people whose only crime is their desire for the progress of this nation.

Keep exposing yourselves while that tribe you hate so much will as they always have despite all the segregation they've suffered, keep on being more successful than you can ever imagine and being one of the richest tribes in this nation no matter the situation of the economy 😆.

Continue with the comedy. I'm loving it 😆😆.
Nor be only progress of the nation
Go develop Abia first before you starts looking for the progress of the nation.
Aside money ritual, fake products selling and drugs dealings, what else does your tribe contribute to the progress and development of Nigeria?
You guys will never rule this country

My only happiness is that I have satisfied my conscience by supporting a candidate out of genuine conviction and not on basis of tribe, religion or personal interest.

So in future, when my children and grandchildren ask me why Nigeria is the way it is, I can look them in the face and say "MY CHILD, I TRIED MY BEST".
