Call 1 Urhobo governor that has done better than Okowa. If not for Okowa, most parts of Delta state would still be without road. Una come dey blame am for the failure of your own people. Other governors were busy concentrating on Warri and environ, yet all they did was sub standard roads. If i was Okowa i won't hand over to any Urhobo man, I'll rather look for a credible person from Isoko than give an urhobo man any goverment position because they have proven they can't perform efficiently.
