Today, there are so many mushroom private schools competing for parents' attention. Nobody fails anymore. If a child performs poorly and fails, the class teacher must explain to the robust, well-fed, money-conscious proprietor why the child failed, even if the child does not know that fish lives in water.

3) Back then, a secondary school student dare not visit his/her assumed lover at home. As a guy, you go stand for about ten buildings from the babe papa house, then send a 'Good Samaritan' child in the area to call her. If you are a girl, no even think about am. One thing I have come to realize about buying and selling is that problems aren't often with sellers in some cases. You weren't really honest in your narrative and to think that you claimed you were yet to be paid until the guy cleared the air on that goes a long way to tell your person.

You tested the laptop and it was good but developed a fault on the third day. To be fair, the problem must have been from the laptop but the singular admittance you attested to about the laptop being okay before the delivery man left is enough to make a case against you. Electronics are unpredictable. Regardless, I'd say you are not really a honest person. Your narratives prove this. The middleman has his fair share of the blame but you an not entirely innocent with the recent outburst.

Sellers, it pays to be brutally honest. Not all so called buyers are genuinely interested. Some would rather buy want to buy and find every reason to have you demonized. It isn't worth it and the truth doesn't hurt.

You're just being fair and I appreciate that. But let me clear some things for you. Yes he went to the original seller of the laptop with the Policeman but never collected his money but a makeshift laptop (according to what he told us as at then). He said the money was going to be paid to him this week and he posted a screenshot of the chat he had with Osas that day. That's that about the payment.
As regards the issue the Laptop developed, I was going to bring it up but just wanted to stick on the train of my initial mistake. He admitted that the laptop worked perfectly in his presence and that of the dispatch rider before making payments. And "Three days later" he said the Laptop developed fault. Truth be told, electronics can be crazy and annoying but in this case it definitely won't take all the blame. What if (a big IF) the laptop developed the problem from his hands truly? This, according to the seller was one of the reasons he couldn't give him a full refund but asked him to bring it to the office and this buyer refused for more than two weeks.
Well, the gbege don happen. How to resolve it amicably is what we're after now.

Lesson: Whether or not Osas is a fraud isn't the point. For all it's worth, you are part of the entire thing, largely because you fronted for the 'company', meaning you trust its products. The fact that you didn't tell the truth from the get go still makes you a part of the whole thing. I know for a fact that people try to avoid middlemen but you should always tell people the truth. You that to potential sellers.

Noted!!! But, I never knew I was fronting for a company. I was under assumption that I was advertising for a someone and not some people. From the onset the guy never mentioned that the Laptops were not his not until the time of payment that I saw a different name from what he had earlier made me to believe. That being said, the best I can do is to "persuade"the guy about paying Mr. diallin. I can't do more than that because no money was paid to me directly. I just collected my commission on sales as promised. I pray God will touch his heart to do the right thing. Thanks again for your advice.

What we should try to do is to see how we can help to find solution to the problem on ground.

I really don't know how Dropshipping works. Never been much of a fan cos I like to see my shipments physically on ground and delivered to my customers when they make an order. I don't know how the payment structure works cos I'm sure the customer will have to pay you before you, you take your percentage and pay the supplier the original charges. Assuming that was the case in this issue I'm involved in, I'll gladly reimburse the seller back if he's not satisfied with the goods delivered provided it's in line with the terms and conditions of the transaction. Fortunately that's not the case here and some folks here that do worse are ranting that I should pay him back his money. It beats me how some people reason.

You should own up and sort this guy in time. You're the middle man and should have done the needful. No excuses. Scam is scam. I help people market things too and will never portray myself as the owner.

Come what's your problem with me. Even a two year old that has been reading this case thus far will know that I didn't for once accept the fact that I was right by not telling the buyer that I wasn't the owner. I've apologised for not owning up. I didn't see the buyer, nor the seller neither did I see the goods physically. The seller said he paid me directly but when I spoke out, he produced the receipt for the payment. And that's not my name. My only involvement in this issue was placing an ad of which I believed that was what the seller was going to deliver. How could I have known that he would deliver something else? The best I can do is to convince the seller to pay up the guy. We all have different marketing strategies for selling our products. Mine just went bad. And that was not necessarily my fault. Look at o! Oga, if you can't read don't come and complicate issues o! I Should Own Up. Was there a time I never admitted my wrong? If the money got to me, it was a different case. Money no enter my hand and you're coming to complicate issues here. Why am I even wasting time trying to explain to you sef.

Until the forgoing are well addressed, you are very much complicit in this attempt to scam (we want to hope that Mr. Dialinn hasnt been scammed already).

1) Like I said, it was a side hustle and one wouldn't think that such outcome will come to play. I saw it as a legit way of making extra cash aside from my normal pay. The Laptop I advertised for him was the last. And that's what brought all this buhaha today. I had to sort for money to start shipping my own laptops. AND PRESENTLY THAT'S WHAT I'M DOING. MY PERSONAL GOODS AND NOT THE LAPTOP OF YOUR ASSUMED.

2) Please feel free to bombard him but you have no idea what I'm planning to do with that guy. I noticed he has been careful which m enough to hide his identity but, there's always a loose end and I've discovered it. I've gotten his picture and will expose him. I asked him a question about the name on the receipt and the name he's using to lure people to come to his online sales rep platform but he doesn't quickly respond to messages. I want to get him to talk and do the needful.

As for me being an accomplice according to you, that's your own opinion. I also was deceived from the start. My mistake was not letting Mr. diallin know I was just a middleman and that's because I was just trying to get a potential customer and get my little side hustle.
I can be accused alot here but, even on this forum I've also encountered a lot of middlemen placing ads here without disclosing their identity. Some of them will succeed in doing their business and some won't. It won't stop. For your information Oga, there are still good people out there.

If I never cared about my account, I wouldn't be doing all these in the first place.

My dear, the funny thing is, like I earlier said, I saw the link on the business forum here on Nairaland and applied for it. I haven't met with this guy. And when I started something was fishy was when he gave me a different number to give Me. dialinn to contact whenever he gets to the office with the laptop. I'm pretty sure when Mr. dialinn called him, he directed him to this Osas. Now from the receipt Mr. dialinn showed, it says "Wene Computers". Meanwhile, this guy that is hiring for online sales rep is going by the business name "Shaloms Tech". And whenever one tries to reach him, he tells you he won't be in the office but one can go there and whatever issue the person has will be resolved. It was kinda strange to me until I figured it out. This Shalom Tech guy is also a middleman that sorts for other online sales rep and gets a cut on every sale made from the real seller and gives us (we the online sales reps) the commission as promised. I haven't met Mr Osas in person or online before.

I have been trying to get the guy that dropped the link which started all this wahala to come online so that I can capture his statement and posted it here. If I call he picks and responds but has not responded on chat. While I was trying to clear myself earlier, I called him and he specifically told me that Mr. dialinn had been refunded and also the laptop returned. I'm glad Mr. dialinn posted this now. I am trying my best to ensure this does not blow out of proportion and everyone at peace. I never denied I didn't hold back my identity about the laptop ownership. I did that in other to capture the heart of a potential customer. I didn't know it will eventually turn sour and so o publicly came here to tender an apology. My concern is, Mr. dialinn called and also told me that he will be going to the office which I directed him to go and return the laptop but, he didn't call or chat me up to let me know the outcome ever since then not until today. I just felt that the issue had been resolved all these while and that was why he never responded back to me. I did not want to involve myself with the seller anymore because I was not happy with the way he handled this transaction knowing fully well that online sales are very delicate especially when it involves individual sales. All the same, I will try my best to ensure everything is in other. That being said, I am only human and not a saint. I have learnt from my mistakes and will ensure such does not happen again. Not everyone does this and that's because they take advantage of the fact that this is a faceless forum. Fine you dealt with me directly and that's because I was the one that posted the ad you saw that got your attention. But, and I repeat, YOU NEVER PAID MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT. Else, my name would have rung a bell when I mentioned it earlier here. My name is IKECHUKWU NDUKWU. If you check the transfer you did, you would see the name does not tally at all. You got very upset and said you wanted your refund (which was very fine by me at least it will clear the air if bad reputation on my part towards you) and God knows I asked the seller but, he refused. He even asked if he was to return the money, would I be willing to return the commission I got from the sales? Hell yeah!!! I was more than ready to do that. The worst thing that a man can encounter in his life is if he's tagged a bad person wherever he finds himself. It grows into a stigma and I don't want that for myself. I told you the money could not be refunded but bring it to the office and the problem will be resolved. YOU REFUSED AT MANY TIMES!!! Threatening me that you'll spoil me on the social media platform.
