There are terms and conditions to it (and it favours both parties). The investment is going to be insured because of it's nature. I basically will handle the operations (since I have the basic idea of how I expect the business to run). Will also be advised and guided by the larger equity owner (so as to always keep him/her in the loop). I just want the project to run and affect lives positively.
