PART 56
Am done with the final paper, student are now celebrating with water and wine, thank God for my guards that guarded me to the car, now am grateful I have guards, am still worried about Henry threat. I picked out my phone to call Leo, but its off, I keep neglecting to charge my phone. Am scared, with beads of sweat on my forehead, no car charger to power the fone. I dig inside my bag and saw my phone charger.
"Thnak God" I muttered to myself, I don't want to go home and face my parents so I decided we drive to an eatry so I plead a worker there to help me charge the phone, I also bought a food for me and the guards.
After an hour, I requested the phone back, and I switched it on, immediately Leo's call entered, I smiled then my heart got warm and Henry's threat seems useless.
"Hello" I said as I picked
"thank God, Jenifer you alright" Chidimma said through the phone, wht is it chidimma
"Yea am fine, where is Leo" I asked and she gasp
"Is he not with you?" she asked, now am getting scared
"No, I haven't seen him today" I confirmed
"He received a call, that you are at the technical school, and you are hurt pretty badly" she said and I can sense her fear, am fine who can play such game "so he rushed out, about 30 mins ago, he left his phone so I have been trying to reach you but its been off" she said, now I can hear her sob
"Am fine, I will go get him" I said calmly but am now a wreck, now Henry's threat make sense, judging from how dirty he play I know this is his doing. I hung up after I assure her that nothing is wrong.
I need to go there, "Miss, your father asked us to bring you home" one of the guard said, I think his name is Mark, I don't bother with their names, I never do.
"why?" I asked
"we don't know" he said. So they won't listen if I asked them to drive me to technical school road, I have to figure something out. Leo might be in danger.

I watched her stir then I know she is about to wake up, time to embrace the big change, she then open her eyes staring into mine, her eyes is brown almost black, so beautiful and mesmerizing its easy to get lost.
"You cute when worried silly" she said with a smile, I smiled
"You owe me a trip to mars" she said and my eyes widened, that was what I said to her when she was at the hospital she was unconscious then
"How" the question escaped my lips
"I remember everything now" she said and got up "when you came at the hospital, I heard you I felt your presences I wanted to let you know am alright, but something kept me down" she said with a shrug
Am still soaking in the fact she remembers everything, that means once again my love is near, I have her back, my heart is back to where it belongs
"So when are you taking me to mars"she asked and I looked at her and how her lips moved, how I long for the taste of that lips, so with no obstacle between us I claimed her lips
She was startled at first but still moved in sync, her moan of pleasure arouse me the more, then she bit my tongue, wow our good girl have her naughty side, I smiled and broke the kiss
"Forget mars, you just took me to heaven" she said and we both laughed, my life as we know it is back, with that thought my hope for the future brightens. We went home holding hands together, my excitement is with no end.

We went home happy, I know I still have her mother to take care of, but am strong with the single fact that Isabelle remembers. I know I still have to take care of certain things so that history won't repeat itself.
Am currently in the prison to visit Rogue, I need to make sure there is no bad blood, and I need to assure Isabelle mother that her daughter will be safe.
"Wow, see what the cat dragged in" said Rogue as he stepped out, wearing a smile, he look slim, guess that's what prison does to people
"Hi Rogue" I said trying to be civil, he laughed
"Stone trying to be civil, don't worry mate, we are cool" he said and I narrowed my eyes at him, it can't be that simple "believe it or not, am cool with you, we all have our repercussions, so chill out bro" he finished
"Seriously, what of the others"I asked I just have to be sure, he smiled
"They are cool, we are popular here, so its another opportunity for us" he said and I nodded. We chatted for a while like old friends, told me about Obinna and I told him I already know. He said they can come out next five years with good parole.
After the prison I went straight to Isabelle house, guess what she have convinced her mom for me, for the first time things are working my way. God must have noticed my struggle
"Just promise to take care of my daughter"her mom said
"I promise" I said nervously, yeah she had hawk eye on me
"And no doing the deed" she said, my eye widened as I realize what she means
"Mom" Isabelle calls her, feeling embarrassed too
"Just warning him" she said, then Isabelle dragged me outside, complaining how her mom always embarrass her, doing it with her hand gesture, and its very cute. I realize she is no longer far, she is mine.
"I love you" I said with confidence since everything is fine now

Its been 8 years since my secondary school, am now managing my fathers company, he said he want an early retirement, he only comes time to time to help me out. Isabelle and I went to different school for university, it was the most difficult period of our life but it made the relationship flourish.
"I told you, you will be late" my dad barked at me, yes am currently running late, to the biggest event in my life. My wedding
"Come on dad be more encouraging" I pleaded, we are both rushing downstairs, God let there be no traffic
"Normally its the bride that is late, but yours is different" he said, I thought my lateness is history but it choose to appear on this very day, God let my bride not get angry and reject me.
Luckily we are now in the church and am standing on aisle with my one and only, Isabelle, she is more matured, she is now dropdead gorgeous. We are standing at the alter but my mind is filled with how I will ravish her, damn am naughty
"You are late" she whispered
"Sorry love" I answered
"Yes I do" I heard her say, I wasn't paying attention, but her serene voice brought me back. I already said mine
"You may now kiss the bride" said the priest, I have already drawn her closer before the priest finished
"Take it easy dude" my bestman said from behind me, its Obinna, and the chief bridesmaid is Vivian. The two will tight the knot next month, after much effort Obinna too got the girl of his dreams
"Let's save the rest for tonight" Isabelle said with a wink, I forgot to tell you, she is naughty in the bedroom, she the type of girl every guy want, so lucky me that she is mine. We walk down greeting people, my eye spotted Rogue and co, they came out last 2 years, after really watching them, and seeing their change attitude I made them security officers, at my company, people do change.
"I love you silly" I said with a wink, as I looked at my gorgeous wife

Obinna is in my house, I really miss my time with him, he helped me when my mom died, he is really good, I wish things were different
"I really don't know how to put this" he said and I narrowed my eyes, I have never seen him this nervous

"I told the gang about Isabelle and where to meet you" he said and my eye widened, I wanted to punch him, but my little sister is here with her friend playing
"I just wanted them to rough you up a bit, I never meant for it to get this far, believe me man, I have been beating myself up for it" he said looking at me and I kept quiet "say something" he pleaded.
"Its Vivian" I said, Vivian is the reason he want to confess his sin, he looked down and nodded
"When I first saw her I felt the spark, but I felt dirty in her eyes, when she look at me I can see her look through me" I understand the feeling
"You want to be good for her"I said and he looked at me and nod, my friend is in love. I laughed my lungs out.
"Welcome to the ship bro" I said showing him my knuckle and we fist bumped. "I forgive you, but no need telling Isabelle since it will cause more harm to her" I said and he nodded "I wish you luck with Vivian" I said
"And you with Isabelle" he said I hope so, but for now I plan to avoid her.
"You up for some PS" I said and he smiled

"You wish" I said, and just like that, I got my friend back, really love is a beautiful thing
After knowing am making Isabelle memory come back, I started ignoring her, stopped going to our spot, obinna is still afraid to talk to Vivian, he think he is still dirty, Isabelle have tried stopping me but I always come up with excuse, I just wonder how long I can avoid her, cause I really need her.

Am currently standing face to face with Isabelle after weeks of avoiding her, she finally caught up with me.
"Why do you avoid me" she asked
"Its for you own good" I said with little strength to argue
"My dreams, am now seeing your face as the guy, I don't know if its my imagination" she said and I was speechless so she continued
"They do teach us about want and need, want is want we desire maybe out of greed or just for a comfortable life, then need is what we can't do without, like food, air water" she wipes her tears I hate seeing her this hurt.
"Like car need fuel to move, there is nothing I need more than you" she said looking at me showing she have said it all, and truthfully she have nothing else to prove
I walked closer to her "only you will say something this romantic, using wants and need silly" I said as I cupped her cheek and she leaned to it with a smile
"Will the tingles and electricity ever stop" she asked and I smiled
"I hope they don't" I answered, her eye widened, then she held her head, she started screaming in pain, I don't know if its lucky or not that the school is empty
"My head" she scream I think her memory is being triggered, why is it that anytime I come close to her something bad happens. I brought out my phone to call the doctor but its off, she is not with hers, I then do the best option, I laid her down, she stopped screaming then slept off lying on the desk I set using my laps as pillow. I keep wondering what will be different when she wakes up cause I know things will surely change

My parents are back, everything is back to normal, I still secretly meet Leo, though he doesn't say it but the fact my parents disapprove him wears him down, so I must think of way to make them accept
"So hope you are prepared for you last paper" My mom asked, yes today is my last day, so my bsc is over, some at my age are still getting admission and here I am about to graduate.
"Yes I am" I said with excitment
"good, cause after it u will travel overseas to do your masters" she said and my face got pale,
"Travel?" I asked, I know if its another person she will be glad, but am not cause that will tear m away from my Leo
"Yes, but not to worry you will have Henry, I can convince to go with you, that boy is good" my mom said, and I boiled up how can she speak highly of that disgusting pig
"Am not going anywhere with Henry, I feel nothing for him, my heart beat for only one person that is Leo" I barked
"You still see that wretched boy" My father barked as he enters
"Yes, and he is not wretched and nothing on earth will tear me from him" I shouted and stomp off with anger, for the first time I quarrelled with my parents, I will they understand how much I need Leo to breath.
When I step out of the car to enter inside exam hall, I was stopped by Henry "whats wrong with you" I hissed at him, am already in a bad moon so no need to make it worst
"Why didn't you accept me" he asked, looking closer at him he look a mess
"cause I have no feelings for you, never have never will" I said, I can't forgive him for trying such dirty trick on me and Leo. I just pushed him aside and walked away
"Jenifer, if I can't have you no one will" he said coldly and left, I feel shiver run up my spine, I hope this is just a bluff. With that I entered inside the exam hall to sit my last paper. Henry's words keep repeat in my head
"if I can't have you no one will" it makes me uneasy.

On reaching Leo's doorstep, I stood for five minutes thinking what to say, how to apologize, I still have tears in my eyes, God am so pathetic, I lack the courage to face him, I have raise my hands to knock for like 10 times yet am unable to do so I chickened out and tried to leave but his door opened that instance.
Am now face to face with Leo, he have that same blank look he had when he was trying to deny the feeling and that scared me to the last
"Leo" I said finding my voice and he didn't move or acknowledge me, he kept looking at me and blinking
"I have been a bad kitty, am sorry for hurting you, for disgracing you in front of the people, for not giving you a chance and draw conclusion, for destroying the thing we share" I said as I continue crying he is still blankly looking at me
"I feel like the worst person in the world for judging you, if I can, I will take back everything I miss you Leo, I love you" now I have run out things to say, "Please forgive me" I kept pleading but he still have a blank look, I can no longer take the look so I close my eyes and cry, out of my own carelessness I destroyed the best thing in my life
"I told you kitty, tears doesn't suit you" I heard him said, so I opened my eyes as I felt his hands wipe away my tears, "Kitty they say human heart beats about 100,000 times a day, for me all those 100,000 times beat only for you everyday, so kitty am all yours to do as you see fit" he said and I look at him, how was I able to doubt his love
"Leo, you are my always and forever" I said truthfully as I leaned closer and kissed him, how I missed that,I melted at the sweetness, I wrapped my legs around his waist and arm around his neck I savoured the taste and he carried me inside and shut the door.
PAR 54
Am so happy he forgave me, I was holding on to him, I never knew I missed him that much, we could have made love but I was on my period so no sex, more reason, I don't want to let go of him
"come on kitty, you have been holding me for hours" he said, I cuddled him tighter
"I missed you Leo" I muttered and he giggles, he said am holding him , while he is also holding me and I guess he don't have the intension to let go
"I have work you know" he said amusingly
"No, let me hire you for tonight" I said, he laughed
"If you insist" he then took out his phone and type and excuse and asked his second to help him out, so I have Leo all to myself. and one of the reason I want him all is that my parents are coming home tomorrow.
"So how much will you pay" he asked
"name the amount" said firmly, and he giggled
"Kitty, kitty, its never about money, here go take a shower then wear my shirt and cook for me" he said with a sly smile.
I laughed and remembered how hot he said I am when I wear his shirt and cook, so I stood up went to the bathroom bathed and wore his shirt.
"start cooking" he said fastly I guess my body still affect him, so I started cooking rice with the items he have brought out for me while he head inside the bathroom to bath.
After a while, I felt Leo gaze at me, I didn't turn to know he is actually getting closer, then I felt him hug me from behind
"Kitty, you are beyond words" he said and I savoured his scent, we stayed like that a while before he left to the room and lay on the bed. I dished out the food when am done, and we ate and I told him everything that happened and how chidimma cleared my mind
"I think she should have been my senior with her level of wisdom" He said as he chuckle, and I couldn't agree more. So the rest of the night was fun, I held on tight till we fell Asleep. I have my Leo back.

Keep your friends close and your enemy closer, doesn't that mean you have to keep your lover far away from you. So Isabelle I need you faraway from me
"Shouldn't you be in class now" I said with a serious tone, that also wore the smile off her face, am sorry love its for the better
"Am" she clears her throat "a bit late" she said looking down.
"OK" I said and walked in, after a few seconds I heard her footstep behind me, it was slow and in rhythm with mine.
After lessons am now in my favourite spot, the empty class and reminiscing on my past with Isabelle, I didn't see her with obinna much, and there is also a new girl in school, she is the one with Isabelle, I think her name is Vivian she is pretty but not like my Isabelle.
"You are in my spot silly" the same voice said, so I turned and saw her looking at her shoes, I think the way I replied her earlier, I felt bad so I plan to be more civil
"No silly, the spot is mine" I said with a smile, and just like that her face lit up.
"We can share" she said with a very cute gesture and I melted, I lost my voice so I nod, she now walked to my side and sat down
"Here" she said giving me a pie and I took it
"Thanks" I said, she also brought out another and started eating, I felt happy complete, even its for a while let me bask in her warmth. My feelings for her never changed.
"You came at the hospital" she said reminding me of that day, the day I lost her
"I came to see a friend, then bumped into you" I lied, and she nodded
"Hope the person is alright"
"Yes" I answered. Then we heard the bell, its time, my little fun is over, I watch as she walked towards the door and my heart screamed her name, if only she could hear and know how much I need her
"Can we hang out again tomorrow" she asked as she neared the door and my heart giddies with joy
"Yes silly" I answered, I don't care if am breaking my promise to her mom. I need her she is my life

Am happy, and its because I have been spending time with Isabelle I don't care what happens am just trying to be a good friend
"You know, since the incident, that I lost some of my memory, I have been feeling empty" she said, "I even broke up with Obinna a month after the incident, I was feeling nothing with him" my eyes widened at her statement
"You broke up with him" I asked and she nodded
"I think he is into Vivian now" she said with a shrug
"Wow" I just said, but this doesn't mean am allowed to go for her
"I always feel this emptiness, but with you I don't" she said looking at me like I have the answer "tell me the truth, are friends before" she asked and my heart race quickens, how do I answer this, I just kept quiet "since I started hanging out with you, I always have this dream, where I circle a diagram of the world, I felt like I was talking a trip round the world, and in my dream I have never felt happier" she said, she is starting to remember
"Are you alone in the dream" I asked,
"No, am with someone, but I can't see who, I know its a memory, but whenever I tries to remember I either have a headache or feel so dizzy" she said as she rubs her forehead, then her mothers word struck. Being with her will make her to forcefully remember, even now am still a poison to her, I need to leave.
"I have to go" I said rushing out and not giving her any chance to argue, from today henceforth I will avoid her. As I walk away I felt my phone vibration, I looked around to check if there is any teacher nearby, I brought out the phone once am sure the coast it clear.
It was a message from Obinna, what does the fool want, I wonder why I didn't block his number, I thought of ignoring the messages, but part of me urged me so I opened it.
"We seriously need to talk, please" that was what he sent,
"My house after school" I type and send, no harm in seeing him, am stronger so no need being afraid and am not the type that ignores thing

Am currently rushing to the hospital, cause during dismissal principal announce that she is awake, I didn't wait to hear rest of the announcement I just rush down to the hospital, am lucky I didn't get knock down by a car.
I exhaled as I saw her talking to one of the nurse, she have that her cute smile, am energized, I could feel happiness bubbling through me, I took my time to admire her before approaching her.
"Hello" I said since I really don't know what to say, she then turn to me, then narrowed her vision, I guess she surprise to see the bruises on my face, it doesn't hurt much now.
"Do I know you?" She asked and it confused the hell out of me, its me Michael your boyfriend I said to myself
"She have amnesia" the nurse said before I could introduce myself, I gasped so am a stranger to her.
"Can we talk" her mom said to me, she just came out now "now" so I followed her, we walked a distance away from Isabelle who continued her previous conversation with the nurse
"She have amnesia, she forgot like a year of her memory, the last thing he remembered was going on a date with Obinna" she said and I felt so much pain that I have to hold my chest.
"I know you love her and regret the harm you caused her, but please don't try to make her remember for the doctor said if she remembers forcefully it will damage her brain. So am begging you as a mother that cares, do what is right"she said. She is indirectly asking me to avoid Isabelle cause mingling with her might try to awake some of her memory forcefully.
I took a deep breath after all she said soaked in, "she is fine that's all that matters" I said and she nod then took my hand and gave me a slight squeeze
"Am sorry" she said I gave her a nod and start walking away, life just gave me a hard punch, to make matter worst I looked to see Isabelle laughing with, Obinna and again my love got faraway from me. A tear escaped from me, so I left her again in his hands

Our term ended well, I surprised everybody with my score, I made quite the progress, but the person I want to show it most was Isabelle it pains me I couldn't. She didn't take the exam she was in the hospital, I couldn't visit her cause of the situation so I wasn't too happy for the result.
My whole holiday was dull and moved in a blur, I always take a walk pass their house hoping that I will bump into her but I never did. I tried to have fun but nothing was working. School have started again I didn't have the strength to attend I feel weak, I can't face her and its worse that she is back with Obinna
"Son, if you don't learn to face your situation now, you will always run from it" my dad said, he have been trying to make me go school and face it, "don't cower away like a coward" said dad I just nodded
"Don't you think its better I change school" I suggested, am now in ss 3 so it doesn't matter, I have no friend there after all
"You are Okoye, we don't run, we stay and make things better" he said then tap my shoulder, showing he have said all he have to say, then left me to think about it.
Am currently standing in front of our school, I am 2 weeks late this time, that's normal, am still gathering my wit to enter, how can I face them, she will be all happy with obinna now.
"Why are you standing there, silly" my eyes widened on hearing the voice I have yearn for, that voice that keeps me awake. So I turned to see her with her drop dead smile, carrying her school bag with her neat uniform I smiled at her, who wouldn't but the smile faded as I remember her mothers warning.

"Henry came to me with the break up plan, I have to run to Leo as a damsel in distress, and being the hero he tries to help, I took his phone, to make call, as if am about to call for help, but I know your call will soon come, cause Henry is convincing you, so when you called I picked up, and you got scared cause of way I easily steal your men" she said with a smirk, am still cryin
"Stop you witch" Henry barked but it didn't stop Amaka
"the first seeing your car, I interwine my arms with his, so when you saw how I was laughing and looking happy, you lost your mind, and concluded that I have taken him like I took others, so everyday at school I try to appear happy so you will be sad thinking Leo is making me happy, while in reality He is not even giving me any attention, to him I don't exist no girl other than you exist" She said. Amaka you are a bad girl, but you just open my eyes and I now know, nothing will cause me to cut my bond with Leo ever again
"You guys are just too evil, but the more you try to break us the stronger we get" I said and turn to leave
"Jenifer, I love you, I don't mind doing such dirty trick in other to get you" Henry said.
"Nothing gotten through bad way last, not even something good" I said before leaving I hope, he takes the advice, I was outside when I started hearing them shout at eachother
Leo am coming to you, I hope you forgive me, I have been unfair and am so sorry, I need you more than oxygen, I drove to his hous, with a pain in my chest that can only be dissolved by My Leo

Am now at the hospital, Isabelle is in the emergency room, I can't keep calm, I didn't call my dad but I know the doctor will, he is our family doctor so am getting myself ready to answer my dad. I also called Isabelle mom, she needs to know
"Where is my daughter" Isabelle mom asked immediately she saw me.
"She is in the emergency room" I said with low tone, the nurse there tries to calm her down, her tears breaks my heart how will I tell her I caused this, God let Isabelle be fine.
"What happened son" I froze as I heard my dad voice, so I turned to answer but I was too late
"You caused this you gangsta" said Obinna, and both my dad and Isabelle's mom look at me, where the hell did he come from, who called him.
"Is it true" my dad asked and I looked down and gave a slight nod I heard Isabelle mom gasped
"How" she asked so I decided to tell them everything including the fact that am stone. Before anybody will react the doctor came out, so we focused on him
"She is fine, lost some blood, but she is in coma now due to shocks he said, I am relieved a bit, am having serious headache but who cares
"So there is no brain damage" I asked
"Not yet sure, we can only examine that when she woke up" he said and I nodded "you can go see her if you want, excuse me" said the doctor and left, I made a way to go see her but was stop by her mom.
"I don't want you anywhere near my daughter, just pray she is alright" she said angrily with tears and I got stuck, I really want to see her
"Come o ma'am, let's go see her" said Obinna behind her, she followed him towards the room
"Michael" my father called, I didn't answer am too lost to answer, Isabelle's mother, her words really crumbled me. Who would want her daughter to date a gangsta. With the sudden realization accompanied with the headache tears started dropping. I ran towards the door and ignored my dad calls, I lost again.

I kept crying for the entire day, I know its not manly of me but I don't care, I can't be strong for this. My dad was so disappointed but he forgave me when he heard I left he also volunteered to pay the hospital bills. Its been a week and I have not seen her or heard anything about her, I even plead Obinna but he refuse to tell me anything instead he will remind me how I caused it.
After a week I can no longer hold it, even when I heard Rogue and his friends have been captured it did not lighten my mood. So I decided to go see her no matter what, I went to see her luckily her mom is not there so I entered her room, she was breathing, looking beautiful so I sat beside her.
"Wake up silly" I said sounding so weak, I miss her "we will take a trip to mars if you do" sure I will use the same pattern like I did on earth, I chuckled at the thought.
"The couples cloth was cute" I said.
"What are you doing here" I heard her mom voice so I turned to her, she look furious
"Am sorry, I just needed to see her" I pleaded
"You should have thought of that before putting her in such condition" said obinna, yes he is standing behind
"Just leave" she said with a voice full of finality, so I gently stood up and left after giving Isabelle the last look.
"You should never come here" I heard obinna said from behind me "I told you, you will ruin her" yeah he did told me and its true, all was well when it was love from afar, now with her close all went wrong, I will give anything if she get better, I don't mind loving her from a distance again if she would just wake up.
With that thought I left, our exam will soon start, the school knows of the incident, but not the full details and some student now knows am Stone, Obinna told them, it made them fear me and stay out of my way, I don't care I just need Isabelle back.

After I explain everything to Chidimma, she kept silent throughout the whole story, she ket qui for a while, I guess she is processing the story in her mind
"You know, court was invented so to give everybody chance to defend themselves, but here you are killing my brother and yourself without giving him chance" she said
"everything was clear so whats more is there to say" I asked

I have been on the edge since I last saw Isabelle I have been thinking how to give her the trip luckily I had an idea, I can't wait to surprise her. So with that on my mind I head out, we already said we will meet at the street field, people normally come there to hang out.

"Time for the big finish" Kevin said then brought out a baton to strike me, my eye widened I looked and saw Isabelle struggling with Rogue then I closed my eyes to welcome the pain after all I can barely keep it open, I heard the strike but felt no pain so I open my eyes to see Isabelle lifeless body with blood gushing out her head.
"What have you done" I said to the petrified looking Kevin, then carried Isabelle on my laps as I tried to stop the blood. "No no no, this is not happening" I looked up to see the guys on their heels they just brought up my wrath, I brought out my phone to call the hospital.

When I got home I pleaded Henry to leave me alone, I kept crying after he left, I cried till I fell asleep. I woke up at night, I checked my phone and saw several message from Leo, and like a 100 miss call, for a moment I wanted to call him back, then the image o Amaka flirting with him flashed on my mind, Then I started crying, seems I still have some tears left. I held my chest as the pain was so much to handle
"Why Leo, I thought you were strong, unlike others you won't fall for the girl with the pretty body Amaka" I said to myself in the silent of my room.

After today with Isabelle I walked straight to Obinna to give him piece of my mind, I know I have a lot of issues, but he dare not use such dirty tricks on Isabelle. I heard his footsteps after my third knock

I cut the call, and tears welled up my eyes, but I refuse it to drop as I look at Henry giving me pitiful look

As we drive, I hope I see Leo with Chidimma and the call was a divert, please God I hope so.
"We are here" He said as he parked in Chidimma's neighbourhood. I was looking around and lo and behold I saw Amaka coming out with Leo, and seeing how she have her hands laced around his arms, made everything true. So Leo is cheating, my parents was right, Henry was right, I have been blind. With the realization of that, my heart broke to a million pieces.
I came down and walked up to them, I want him to see me so he won't deny and make me think this all a dream. He stiffens as he saw me, yea he never thought I would fine out
"Kitty" he said, he called me the name I love so much, now hearing him say it made me cry
"You cheat" I said as I ran back to the car, I hear him calling, I quickened my pace, I stop as I heard a punch sound, I turned and saw Leo on the ground, with Henry towering over him, Henry punched him
"If I see you near her, you will get more than a punch" He said, I entered the car and we drove away, through the side mirror I can see him chasing after the car. Why try so much when you are clearing tolling with me or just a gold digger like my dad said. I hate to think my parents are right, I kept crying, Henry trying to console me was just a waste. My favourite place is school, I now hang out with Leo in the auditorium, and my bodyguard have no idea, today I told him my parents have travelled so he asked me to leave the door open.
I left the door open, though the guards locked it I came down to open it as Leo told me, so my eyes is currently fixed on the clock, its now 8 pm, the seconds seem slow, I know he is going to sneak in, so I did some body clean up, used baby lotion, I read it arouse men, so I did and hope it affects Leo.
When its nearing 8.30 thats when I heard the door open, I look up and saw him wearing a hoodie, I rushed and pounce on him

After the kiss we didn't bother going to class we just stayed there chatting, now we are talking and am telling her how lateness seem to be in my DNA

"Let me go get our stuff for the tutor" I said and ran to our class to get our bags and books, on reaching there I saw Obinna, he look furious, maybe he knows that Isabelle have found out the truth
"You told her" He said, class is empty only the both of us, so am more scared that I will beat him to pulp with nobody to stop him
"I didn't, the girl did, because she couldn't keep her mouth shut" I said calmly
"Where is Isabelle now" He asked and I tensed up, don't he get it, she is over him
"She is with me now, so back off" I said with finality, and move to get my bag
"She left me cause am a cheat, I wonder what she will think of a gangsta" He said with a chuckle, then Isabelle hurtful face flash in my memory, I don't want that to happen

I walked towards our empty class, my mind is set on breaking up, how funny am breaking up with her when we just started, how cruel I know but its for her own good. I will just tell her I can't date right now, that we should just be friends, no that will be difficult, I don't even know what to say
"Isabelle" I called as I entered the class, she turned to me with a smile, and I lost the reason for which I came for, telling her that will hurt her instantly, wouldn't that make me a fool.

After one hour of studying we are going home, having a casual talk, and laughter along the way "I broke up with Obinna" She said seriously and I nod "people will think me cheap, that I jumped from one friend to the other" she said sadly, I held her hands
"Who cares, people will always talk that's what makes them inferior" I tried to convince her and she smiled
"You know you are sweet" she teased and I relax having returned to her jovial self

"we have an important gathering tonight, be there" Rogue said with a commanding tone and hung up, I tensed up, am reminded once again that we live in a separate world
"Is everything alright" She asked as she felt my changed mood
"After tonight it would be" I said, yes I plan to leave the gang tonight, nobody have done it before, but there is always a first time, and Love conquers all, so since am a lover doesn't that make me a conqueror?. Sh smiled at me giving me hope as we both head home.

How am I suppose to explain this, I have always imagined how I will confess my feelings to her, but I never imagined it like this
"I fell for you the first day I saw you, but you were already his" I said sadly, "I could only love you from afar" I inhaled and exhaled the words "even unreturned love have its rainbow".
"That rainbow was ours to share" she said and gave me a tender look, she is one of those girls you can only see once in a life time, and you will be glad, for you will be called blessed, if you do.
"I came to the cafeteria and saw you beating up Obinna, you had a scary look, but I still ran after you, cause nothing scare me more than not being yours for another seconds" she said firm.
Right now nothing veils me from the warmth of love, nothing shades me from its light, am nothing but naked from it eternal bliss, all I can do now is reach out. I walked slowly to her and in just three steps am in front of her, I took her hand and in just mere touch am overwhelmed by the waves of emotions, I went further to cup her cheek

When I got home I still had that smile on my face, I even got hungry, I ate a lot and it had to do with the fact that Leo said I should eat well
"You are back to normal" My mom said as she watch me eat, I nodded "its good you have forgotten that boy" she said with disgusted look. I wanted to bark at her and tell her I will never forget him, then I remembered he ask me not to give them reason to increase my guard

"Mom if you really want me to enjoy this meal then you should stop talking about henry" I wish she could really see Henry for who he is, she then kept quiet and am glad for that.
After the lunch, I went upstairs waited a while, then I dailed the number he gave me,

He is using this against me, but he is right, am the one that will cause more harm to her, in all way I will only serve as her doom
"did cat got your tongue" Obinna mocks me, I felt weak and vulnerable, my best friend is not who I thought he was
"Just be better to her" I said, I have nothing better to say, he just defeated me, and going all gangsta on him will make it worse
"Sure friend" he said and I flinched. I just turned and left, I walked in an automated way, Obinna is not right for her, but am worse, how did things became like this, I thought by tomorrow things will be different, better, but now I know nothing will change
Today in school I was weak, after the confrontation I had with Obinna yesterday, he now seem different, uses every opportunity to remind me that Isabelle is his girlfriend, its too much for my heart, so I left the class during lesson to go sit in the empty class.
I put together 3 desk and lay on top it, I brought the poem from my wallet and started reciting it, I always do that, after couple of minutes, I fell asleep, since I had nothing to do. I woke up as I felt the vibration of my phone, phone is prohibited but we do sneak it in, so I took the phone and notice is lunch time, wow I slept a lot. I also noticed the message on it, it is from Obinna, I opened it
"Do you now realize she is not yours, and I will still have her cookie no matter how long it takes, that's the only importance of girls"
So that's all she is to her, with that rage I stomp to the cafeteria, cause that's where he will be at this time, he called me a gangsta, time to show him how a gangsta behave. Everybody turned to me as I busted in, I look and saw Obinna, luckily Isabelle is not here, so I stomp to him. He stood up with an innocent look, what an actor, I punched him right on the nose
"What" he said as he fell on the ground with bloody nose, everybody gasped and am angered the more with his innocent act.

the cafeteria is now getting more crowded, the lady in charge seem to b enjoying the show, cause she made no move to notify the teachers
"Whats wrong bro" He asked once again acting innocent, I replied with a kick in the stomach,dragged him up and punched him on the cheek
"Come on Michael" Omeh pleaded and I snapped my neck to his different he flinched, yea cause currently am Stone not Michael and that is scary, even non of them know me as stone, but the look I have right now is scary
"What" I heard Isabelle's voice and my eyes widened in shock, I looked at her and her eyes are red filled with tears, I caused it, Obinna was right, am her doom.
I stomped out of the cafeteria I can't stand the look in Isabelle face, surely I have destroy the little thing we had going on, is this how my life is going to be, she is only going to be mine only in my imagination. She is a star I can only love but not have, the cute smile, that bright face, all I did was put tears on those eyes, my heart hurts a lot. I wonder how human anatomy is that when the heart hurt, the whole body does, and its not even physical pain but emotional. I held on to my chest as I tried to calm myself down.
I walk inside the empty room, today is such a failure, I dig hands into my pocket to bring out my wallet so I will read the poem again, it always calm me down, my face went white when I didn't find it, I looked around but nothing, did I lost it while beating Obinna?. No I just left it on the desk with my wallet after reading it earlier, so I didn't go with it, that means someone took it,
My secret is about to be found out, if someone sees the poem, with Isabelle name written on it with my handwriting, No this can't be happening.
"Michael" I heard Isabelle voice, again my heart picked race, turned to her and took in her features, she still have the tears and hurtful look, I felt an unimaginable pain, but to my utter astonishment, she is holding my wallet in her left hand, then the poem in her right, I gasped.

Seeing him made tears rolled down my cheeks, I don't care who sees me, I just cried, also with the realization of my love, does he feel the same, will my parents accept us, fate why play such game on me.
"I told you kitty, tears don't suit you" he said as he wipe the tears
"I missed you" I said and hugged him, he returned the gesture and hugged me back, I don't care how awkward we look, I really miss him.
"I don't have much time, lecture will soon be over and your guards will expect to see you, so am just here to see if your alright" he said while looking around to see if my guards are around
