most of us are having issues with our nysc reg due to Matric no or jamb error. But mine is different, saw my name on d list without problems but during registration i couldnt find my records on d site again. Quite surprising

Imsuboi, u still dey nairaland so? Watz up, were u affected also?

I would like all imo stars with problems in their nysc registration to meet here and air their views,it would be great if we helped each other with useful info.

yes, we were able to lay complaints with d nysc officer in our skul, she collected our admission letters and told us to check d portal from tomorrow, seems she still has access to d portal.

submitted my details again today to the nysc officer in my skul, she was surprised though wen i showed her evidence dat my name was uploaded and yet i couldnt find it. She collected it and told me to check back tomorrow, heard d nysc skul officers can still upload names despite d closure of d portal.

Haba, nysc won chop u mugu b dat..... .. In between, send a mail to nysc support or sidmach technologies, they'll handle it. It would have been easier if d registration centre paid on ur behalf rather than using ur personal ATM cos they could debit ur account easily.

got a call from skul dis morning that d nysc officer was attending to people so they requested a photocopy of ur admission letter and ur details written at the back. If u have evidence that d name was uploaded before attach it too cos dats what i did. She announced that we check back tomorrow. If ur in owerri, rush down now with what i just told u, u'll be attended to..... We were much though.

I assumed you are a Ladokite too, some with wrong details were addressed yesterday and were able to register.
Is there any new development about ours or av you now bin able to register?

i'm not a ladokite, i'm an Imo star, but our situation was similar...... Those with wrong details could still register as long as their details are on d senate lists uploaded to nysc. In our case, we saw ours initially but later denied registration due to d fact dat we cant access our details anymore on d senate list. I believe there's a conspiracy somewhere cos both my skul and nysc are pointing accusing fingers at each other. My name is on d masterlist so i cant really understand where dis problem is emanating from. I even printed the initial details i saw on d portal as evidence just in case. As of now we cant register, only d liason officer now has d power to do so and dat is gonna be expenses on our part except if we r able to persuade the school authorities.

they said the problem is from our school and that only the nysc liason officer in d skul can upload the names manually at nysc headquarter abuja, meaning the officer would have to travel on our behalf. They said d portal is closed and that any other entry from any skul is done by d authorized officer. But that as it stands now, we have to wait for the next batch.

not too late, schools can still send names on the last week of registration self, in the last batch my name was sent at the last minute, last week of registration, and as soon it was sent, it was uploaded on the nysc portal, and I did my reg

are u sure? Cos my data was actually uploaded but now cant be found on d portal and as a result i cant register. My skul says they cant do anytin, do u mean i should keep on disturbin student affairs?

Initially,my record was verified and confirmed via the senate list uploaded but on getting to cafe to register yesterday morning, it displayed 'No Record Found'.
School said nothing can be done from their angle but from NYSC since they have uploaded it before and no details of such record on the school system again.

same problem with me, what institution please? Cos what they told me at nysc secretariats dis morning is confusing

Put your school in the space provided, also put your DOB in the space provided and your surname and add 0 in the matric space provided.

Yes, register late it could work out for u, but NYSC Portal randomly selects those it will fix in whateva stream


NYSC has a maximum number of prospective corps members it requires in every batch and so each school has a limit to the number of students they can send, when these numbers are exceeded, there is always a secret plot to reduce the numeric strength of the students. this could have affected u not from NYSC though but from your school.

and they were stupid enough to mobilize me to that extent and also go behind and delete my records after days It doesnt make sense, they should have not even mobililized me in d beginning.... Though i've sent mails to nysc but this is injustice if its true, i have evidence against them

my issue looks crazy.....
I checked my name on d nysc site and i found my name earlier with a status (Mat no not in use). A week later i checked back and saw "ur data has been uploaded succesfully, u can now register". To my greatest surprise, today i've not been able to see my record, it says no record found contact ur institution. I'm really confused cos registration begins tomorrow, have any idea on wat might be the cause?

instead of 2015 they wrote 2013

dats because if its written 2015 u wont be mobilized, ur name wuld b Bounced back from the nysc headquarters.... Ur good to go, dats not a problem.

I think those of u still seeing no record found on ur mobile devices should use google chrome or a computer to access d list. Mine was saying same using my mobile phone until i accessed it with a laptop. Hope it helps, good luck.
